    Exterior door

    Door exactly as ordered. It hasn't been tested yet against a winter, but it looks like it should do fine. I haven't heard noises from expanding from the heat of the sun. We shall see how it tests against the pass of time.

    Five windows replaced

    Quick and did a good job . Broke a piece of j trim and warped trim piece inside but other then that I was very happy.

    Replacement patio door

    I chose Clera windows to purchase and install a new patio door with blinds. Ken from Clera windows in Belleville is great to work with and the installation was professionally done.

    1 lrg bow window + replacements

    We needed a complete tear out and replacement of a large bow window. Other even larger bow only needed glass replaced, and they did so plus they replaced a broken window crank. Installers were very experienced and have been doing this for decades.

    Windows

    We are very satisfied with our new picture window with 2 side opening windows, plus the additional 2 slide windows installed on the front of our house. The outside trim work combined with the new windows gives our house a great curbside appeal. Clera installed these windows meeting all our expectations, and their price was very good as well.

    Windows and new front door

    Was a good experience having them measured and options/quote. Took 4 days to install 7 windows and front door. Broken ground from tool from the installer left in our plug. No face mask worn inside during install during covid 19. Unexpected 500.00 cash job to do metal around window when this was thought to be included in price. Windows outside were left dirty after install... you’d think after 14k they’d squeegee them for a final nice looking completion of the job. Had to go on roof to finish up cleaning up gutters from debris left over. Finished windows on inside look good, where final trimming etc was done. Took care not to destroy gardens in front of windows that were replaced. Overall was satisfied, but above mention feed back provided to increase Overall customer satisfaction.

    Sliding door

    Needed to replace an old patio door that was no longer sealed. Very happy with the new door from Clera, quick professinal service and workmanship.

    Replace basement window

    Never disappointed with Clera windows. This is the third time Clera has come to replace the remaining original windows in our 60 year old home. From Hans to the installers, everyone has been professional and courteous. I have highly recommended them to family, friends and neighbours. Thank you Clera Windows and Doors.

    Front door and back sliding door replacement

    Team was great. Very clean, professional and took the time to walk me through everything after. Including care and cleaning. Lots of neighbours have complemented!
