    new windows and sliding door

    excellent service. I had an issue with my sliding door after 7 years and called the office they dealt with it in 1 day (a holiday none the less) at no extra cost to me. Wonderful customer service kind and friendly. I will always use Clera windows and doors for any of my window and door needs. Thank you once again

    Windows and doors

    This is the second time they have done work for us. Gary was phenomenal, it’s like he has known us forever, very personable and highly recommendable. The BEST THING I LOVE about this company is they do not have to take out your existing trim from the previous window, they could install the windows without having to disturb the trim, and that was a HUGE SELLER to us . First time was patio door and kitchen window. We were very pleased with their work so we had them come back to do our downstairs windows. They were very clean, tidy and efficient. I would highly recommend this company If you’re looking for windows and doors. Larry and Leessa from Tecumseh ON

    18 exterior windows

    My house had 18 exterior windows original to when the house was built 120 years ago. From the first meeting with your representative to find out information about your windows and installation cost to the last contact with the installer when he finished his job, everything was conducted in the most positive and professional way that anyone would be satisfied with. The windows and the installation process meet my absolute approval and actually exceed my expectations. Thank you for a job well done!

    Replacing some of my windows

    Did a good job. Very friendly and professional. Windows look great. Sales rep was great.

    All windows and exterior doors replaced

    Far exceeded all of our expectations, the salesperson was informative and helpful, the installers were friendly, skilled, fast, in a word...Awesome!

    Window Replacement

    I had met with a number of window replacement salespeople, and went with Clera because of 2 things: price and apparent product knowledge of the salesman, Adam. At this stage, you don't get to see the product, so much depends on the impression you get from the salesman and what he knows. In the end, the product and installation were both high quality. The installers were respectful, and took considerable time to make sure the installation process was done well. My installation went in 2 phases. When I decided to replace the 3 biggest window$$, Clera sent out a 2nd technician to take a second set of measurements, just to get them right! If you need new windows, I'd recommend you consider Clera. The new windows look great, and the warranty is fantastic, sign of a good product, I'd say.

    Windows and Doors

    Spoke to Jerry Everything will be fixed he paid for a new door and will install it as well as replace the damaged screens. He has went above and beyond to fix the issues. Write it off as a bad day. They got spray foam all over the windows and scratched them trying to get it off didn't install the screens all the way. When they came back they didn't even clean them all off. I don't think anyone checked the work they did or didn't care.. spray foam on the middle of a brand new door out side and inside.. They started installing the basement door backwards with the hinges on the outside.. you can see light in a few spots. I'm not impressed with the work and will not be using them for anymore of my properties..

    Not quality work

    Windows are good quality I am but the installation could’ve been better I don’t think my windows were measured properly there is so much caulking not even smoothed out I did try to rectify this issue with the company however I did receive a 500.00 credit Which is Really nothing compared to what I paid and this is for three windows that are horribly caulked. This was a few years ago but now that I’m spending a lot more time in my backyard it bothers me every day. Really think before choosing this company

    Window

    I have had Carl at my house twice first time did all windows and exterior doors. The last time was to replace window in my garage. He always shows when he says he will and does things quickly without sacrificing quality . Always cleans up and you barely would know he’s been there!

    Window Replacement

    Very much enjoying the new windows. Local rep, John was very helpful with suggestions including latest style trends. Scheduled installation date was met right on time. Trevor and crew were very polite and very meticulous. Thorough clean up after job was complete.
