At first everything seemed great. But then our order came incorrect. We asked for a black door on both sides but ended up with black on the front and white on the back. We tried getting the issue resolved but were given multiple different answers on what we could do. We even noticed the door was wrong before it was installed but they demanded it be installed anyways then we could call clera after to figure things out. Clera then said we would have to pay for the paint (which is completely fine) and pay to have the door uninstalled, returned to the factory to be painted then reinstalled which does not seem right seeing as we noticed the issue before it was even installed. We keep bringing this issue up but it keeps getting brushed off by clera employees because each employee states that they assume everyone wants a white interior for the door because "that's what most people get." Also, a window came the wrong size, was installed and was done properly, but has been almost a week past the date we were told the new one would be here by.
Overall the quality and look of everything is great, and I would have recommended clera in a heart beat before, but the lack of care for customer satisfaction has made me not care as much to recommend clera to others anymore.
