    Terrible at returning calls

    I had windows installed last year. I have a broken latch on one of my windows. I called two weeks ago and got no response. My husband called 5 days later to speak to someone and he mentioned calling the president and he got a call back in 3 days. So this is not the first time I had not received a problem contacting them... When they installed the transom above my door, they put in the wrong one. I had selected the type of door and side window to match the transom. I called and asked them to change it and it took them months. Finally I just told them to finish installing the window and they came a few days later. I am now more frustrated waiting for them to get in here and fix the window that I am forced to make a bad review. Do not buy here, you'll never hear from them again.

    new windows

    Gary was recommended to us for the sale of our new windows and our installer was scott. they did a fantastic job in a timely manner during these extraordinary times! Thank you clera job well done!

    Back door

    I had received several quotes from other window and door companies prior to meeting Jonathan. Jonathan was an excellent transparent salesperson. He showed me options and explained things in detail. The price was extremely competitive although I did call during a sale. I signed up for the deal on the spot. The work crew showed up after the door was manufactured and practiced distance from myself and my wife. They were professional, tidy, and performed excellent workmanship. The door looks and functions exceptionally well. They utilized the existing hardware that I had replaced in my previous door so there was no need to go out and buy new hardware. A wonderful upgrade to our home.

    Great Company !

    We had our garden doors replaced today and I couldn’t wait to write this review. The company was a pleasure to deal with, and the installer from the Barrie location exceeded our expectations. He was prompt, knowledgeable, clean and exceptionally professional. Overall pleasure to work with this company and will not hesitate to share our experience with family and friends. Great company , great experience !

    Window and Door Installation

    Clera helped choose the right window and door styles for my needs. The installation was done over two days but was quick and efficient. The workers were courteous, answered my questions, and tidy. And the windows have made a wonderful change in the warmth and lighting of my home.

    Home Windows

    We purchased home windows in 2013 and needed some tie clips, the Lady that I spoke to, Rita was very helpful and took care of this immediately. A very nice Lady with good conversation. We are very happy with Rita and response provided. There was no cost as it is warranty but I put in $10 as this survey requires a cost. William Miller

    Windows & Doors

    We have worked with Roger Lindner previously and were well aware of his excellent work. We purchased a Century Home that needed all new windows and doors. Roger traveled 1-1/2 hours to quote us. We did get other quotes before Roger/Clera Windows arrived and we were very please that Roger's bid came in lower. We replaced 19 windows and 2 doors keeping with the character of the home. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Roger and his team made this experience pleasant. We are thrilled with how the new windows look and the insulation factor is fantastic. Give this company a call for any work you need done!

    New Windows bought, installed, and after service issue

    Excellent service, products and after service too. Highly recommend . Very supportive from first contact to end of work , plus after service. Will for sure be dealing with Clera windows in future. Sales manager to the head office staff very professional and supportive along with excellent products.

    Replacement parts

    I had my windows done approximately 10 years ago. I have a small part break on my windows that needed a replacement part for. I emailed Clera and the resolved my problem very quickly I. Getting my replacement parts to me. They have always be great with any question or concerns I have had.

    Basement windows and patio door sliding

    Service up to installation good, waiting to come and fix windows needs more caulking around windows called back in December. Spoke to Customer service will be looked after as soon as they get back to work, Rita very helpful and very friendly
