    Product + Installation

    Barry was very professional to deal with right from our first consultation. He and a co-worker did the installation, which was comforting to deal with since we had already met Barry. A small item was missed and Barry readily went back to the shop and promptly returned within the hour to finish the project. Should we need windows and doors in the future, we will be calling Clera. Thank you, we love our new sliding door!

    Installation of two Clera retrofit windows and Four new storm windows

    Last fall, after being very pleased with the look and installation of two retrofit double hung windows at the rear of my home, I had Diego, the installer, measure up for replacement aluminum storm windows at the front. They were installed recently; they are a huge improvement over the old ones. In both cases, all dealings with the company through Ron Keay were very positive and helpful and their installer, Diego did a terrific job. There was no mess and all installation details were carefully attended to. I will definitely use this company again when I am ready to replace any other windows.

    Window (s) replacement

    I required a replacement part for one of my windows. I spoke with Rita, she was very helpful in providing what options were available to get this fixed. I eventually decided to have the piece shipped out and Rita took care of that for me. I'd like to add that Rita was pleasant and courteous.

    Replace old windows for entire house

    Windows and Doors

    We needed to have all of our windows and doors replaced and reached out to Clera. Muneeb provided incredible customer service, was extremely knowledgeable, and helped us arrange financing. I appreciate that he was able to accommodate my work schedule during the initial visits, and even came back on request when I wanted to review the choices we had made. He was patient and thorough. An asset to the company for sure! Our installation was in early May, and Alex and his team did an incredible job. They were professional, and cleaned up as they worked. We had a two-day installation, most of the work was done on day one, and they finished up day two, we were very impressed. The team also makes sure to inspect all of the work at the end with you, and ensure that you know how to remove the screens, open the windows (I know, sounds obvious, but my first time with casement windows) etc. All the windows are beautiful, but most of all the bay window. It has really transformed the appearance of our home, as we had old wooden frames with single pane windows that were likely original (older home). I have had so many neighbors remark on what a great job Clera did, and telling me how amazing the house looks now with the new windows and doors. Also, the windows look so much bigger now! I really can’t remark enough about how beautiful the windows and doors are, and I am thankful to Muneeb for his recommendations (he made some great suggestions, for those of you that could use some help with your decisions like me). I highly recommend Clera windows, and if you are lucky you will get to work with Muneeb and Alex (and the team of course). We are very happy with our purchase.

    Windows

    We wanted to do all our windows and doors in the house, and a representative came to our house, measured everything told us the price arranged the financing and installation date, and we where very happy with everything then and eleven years later with an unmatched price that we got, finally all this means that caring is the best policy.

    Windows & Doors

    The fall of 2019 I had my basement windows & double doors replaced by Clera They were highly recommended by a friend, when I was contacted back by their salesman Dennis to find out if the job was done to my satisfaction I was so pleased I wanted the main floor windows done in the spring.As soon as possible after Covid-19 the rest of the windows were replaced.The same team Eddy & Natasha came they are Fast & Efficient, Very careful and tidy, Polite and Friendly. I also highly recommend Dennis as he take the time to make sure everything is to your satisfaction!!

    Bedroom windows

    Installers Eric and Josh were fantastic. Very efficient and very polite. Cleaned up as they went. Very pleased with windows. I will highly recommend Clera Windows. And I will purchase more windows in the future.
