    Window replacement

    We had a large picture window in our house replaced and we are very happy with the way the job was done. Very professionally done.

    Installation of two front doors

    Overall we thought the quality of the work was very good, however, the workers did not put enough carpet down to protect our marble floor which led to quite a mess in the front entrance. We had to spend a fair bit of time restoring the marble to its original shine.

    Window and door installation

    The installers were efficient but thorough. They were open and we’re steadfast in addressing any concerns expressed.

    windows

    Clara installed windows in our home in Mississauga as well as my daughter’s home in Burlington in 2016. We have never encountered problems until recently one of the our upper release sliders got stuck in the down position preventing the window to completely close. I contacted Rita at head office who in turn directed me to Adam who was able to resolve the problem over the phone within one day after me contacting Rita!! This is an example of the excellent service Clera provides to their customers and we would highly recommend their windows.

    Supply only windows and door for sunroom.

    Seems to be exactly what we ordered as is expected. Delivery was longer than we had hoped probably due to weather and time of year (Christmas) . Good people to deal with.

    New front door installation and 4 new windows installed.

    The men that completed the work were very thorough and efficient. They involved me in the discussion when some wood rot was found, and explain how they proposed to repair prior to the installation. After the installations were done, they endured the trim work was fully complete and even put tied the nail holes in the trim. Only "bad" thing to notes was when they left they didn't close the garage door (where they had connected to the power). Very minor, to say the least. All old items and construction mess was cleaned up and removed, and it was all done in about a 6 hour time-frame.

    Three doors where installed

    The installers where very good, but the sells person was not as honest as could be, the doors are not the quality we had hoped for.

    New Windows

    After receiving untimely or inaccurate information from other companies, I contacted Clerawindows. I could have saved myself lots of time and frustration! We are so happy with both of product itself as well as the installation. And the service department is the best, Rita assisted me with my torn window screen from start to finish. And she could not have been more gracious and patient with us!! I will always ask for Rita in the future and will definitely refer your company to everyone!!!

    Service for Windows

    Warranty Service - they were quick to return calls and very accommodating. They were polite, and willing to find any details in order to help out.

    Padio door lock with key.

    Clera windows instaled windows and padio door on my house November 2014, they did excelent job. Door lock on my padio door dreak-down December 2019 did nok lock any more my padio door. I did call CLERA WINDOWS. I did talk with service manager-RITA and told her what happend. Rita did talk to owner of Clera windws. Owner told Rita to order new lock with key for my padio door FREE OF CHARGE.In a week time they did call me to come to pick up new lock for your padio door and I did. I did instaled may self. Thanks CLERA WIDOWS,Thanks RITA and owner of Clera Windows.
