    10 window removal and new product install

    Affordable, exceptional customer service from start to finish. We requested a quote and Clera came in 15k lower than the competitors to replace and install 10 windows in our home. Carl

    Patio door, nine windows

    Installer crew was great and had everything done in one day without rushing. They look great!

    Front Door Replacement

    We had a damaged front door that was freezing up during the cold months. Barry came and assessed why this was happening and explained reasons for the problems we were experiencing with our front entrance. He was very professional and pleasant, along with great workmanship. We simply could not have asked for a better company to come and help us.

    Window replacement

    We are thrilled by the job done for us by Clera windows and doors. There was a wonderful selection of product. Ken and his team were great. Their communication was always timely and kept us informed of the project timeline. The entire team were professional and friendly. It was easy to talk to them when they encountered issues as they did the installation and they worked with us to find the solution.The job was not easy as our other windows were very old and rotting and we have a log cabin so the walls are not square. You would never be able to guess any of that from the look of it now. We had to move our furniture so that we can look at and enjoy our new windows and the view beyond them.

    All 3 windows were done in 1 day. Everything was perfect. Installers cleaned everything after

    New windows installed replscements

    100 plus year pld home. Replaced wood frame windows with inserts and cap exterior wood work with metal flashings.

    Replacement of original windows

    Remove and replace existing 5 sliding windows in basement (2) and bedrooms (3). Reinstall vinyl trim. This is the second phase of work, had the kitchen window (crank awning style), living room (picture with two sash sidelight), patio and front door replaced two years ago by others.

    Front windows and Patio door

    Had two front windows and patio door installed. Very satisfied with the service and installation of the products. Everything was done when they said if would be. Very profession and courteous.

    Poor After Sales service and a delay in supplying the product

    I wanted to update this review as I have been in touch with Clera and they have since rectified my issue. Rita was helpful and apologetic so I did want to clarify my review was not about the product as we are pleased with the windows and door it was more about resolving a small issue, which they now have. I am very disappointed with the delay and lack of information being supplied by our sales rep. he was fast enough when we placed the order but I am now very concerned that his lack of response as well as that from Clera directly is a grave concern if they resolve the simple issue we are having what will happen if we really have a problem?. At the time of writing I could not contact Clera with any of the contact email addresses? buyer be ware ! do not let the ratings be your guide.

    Patio door replacement

    The door was installed quickly and professionally. The trim looks amazing and we have noticed that the room is already warmer. Great job!
