    Window replacement

    The windows are nice, and were replaced in a reasonable time. Organization though is not the best when it comes to making the job is complete done. Customer service was helpful though.

    Bay window and 4 basement windows.

    The work was top notch. Quality in windows, was the absolutely the best. The slowest part was production making the windows. It was 2 months start to finish.

    window replacement

    The windows at my house was installed by Clera Windows, FM Industries few years ago and I was really impressed by the workmanship. The installers made sure that my property was cleaned before the left. I am very happy with the replacement windows. The customer service was very helpful in finding my files after several years that passed and sent someone to fix the white plastic part that swings the windows open to clean. He also reinstalled the window screen. I was very happy with the service and the person who came to do the work. He was friendly, courteous and very professional. Thank you.

    Exterior Door installation

    Chose Clera after reading they make and install their own windows and are backed with a good warranty. What a mistake. One exterior door was never installed properly and leaked. The storm door sags, binds and does not close properly. Trying to get them back for warranty repairs is impossible. Dealer/Salesman did not show up on agreed date or time twice and would not return calls after. The only way I received support is driving to the Head office. Installer came out and tried sealing door but could not finish one side because he did not have the proper tooling. Storm door was adjusted. A day later storm door sagged more and binds and fails to close again. Further attempts to contact sales person and Head office are unsuccessful. Warranty is a joke, good luck getting in contact with someone or getting them to show up. Ryan is the name of the warranty rep at head office and Steve is the sales rep for Stouffville/Uxbridge area. Avoid this place!!!!! UPDATE, still nothing has happened, All they do is blame the customer. Nothing has been resolved, just poor excuses. Seems like I am not the only one with issues with this company or this exact location and installer.

    8 foot patio door cut out and framed and installed, window removed and reinstalled and window pane replaced

    Competent crew of 4 that completed work in one day, working to after 6 in the middle of January. Done to spec and cleaned up well. Very happy with light added and great views of forest.

    Windows

    Ordered and they bring you something different. Not only was the order several weeks late, they brought and installed the wrong windows. I ordered 5 white cross-hatched grid windows and they brought 5 clear pane glass windows. They said to uninstall the clear pane windows and install the cross-hatch grid windows that I originally ordered, I'd have to pay an extra $1,000+ or so. In addition, I've been trying to call customer service because two windows need repair and the I've been leaving messages for two weeks and they still have not arranged an appointment to come and fix the windows.

    replaced all of the windows and front door

    we're repeat customers and we had all the windows and front door replaced in the older house we bought. the father and son team were very professional and quick. They did excellent work and cleaned up like nobody was ever there. parts of the house were difficult but they did an excellent job. . would recommend them to our friends.

    Window replacement

    I was delighted by the service provided by Clera windows when they replaced my existing windows. I was looking for good looking windows with a high R value and Infrared+UV blocking. We immediately noticed a difference once these windows were installed. The room where we had three replacement windiws installed suddenly became easier to heat/cool. The old windows, although supposedly energy efficient, were base builders' grade and made it difficult to control the heating and cooling in this south facing room. I was so pleased with Clera that I have ordered 5 more replacement windows from them.
