    Door and Window Replacement

    Clera windows replaced 2 windows and an entry door. We are very pleased with the quality of the products and their installation. There was an immediate noticeable difference in warmth in the areas of replacement- no more drafts! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of response time both for the initial consultation and for the installation. I had to call twice regarding dates for the install. However once they were present, the staff were a pleasure to deal with.

    Two new bedroom windows.

    Very impressed with the quality of the windows and the work performed! Look forward to replacing more windows in our home. Would strongly recommend Clera windows as recommended to us by our neighbours.

    Repairs to previous Clera door installation and other issues

    We had some problems with a door installation where the outside capping was not right. We did communicate back and forth with several managers and installers for a year but then the repair was put in the hands of Chris Flaro who was excellent. He got in contact with us the day he heard our repair hadn't been done, and immediately scheduled a date to do the work. He arrived on time when he said he would and did a fantastic job, which included removing capping that was previously installed in an incomplete way and putting up new capping which was also in the colour we wanted. While here he replaced the flashing and did caulking on a window where the caulking had failed and installed replacement glass on a window where the seal had broken. He dedicated the whole day if needed to resolving our concerns. If you have an installation problem, ask for Chris.

    New dining room window

    The installers did a very good job and we are pleased with the nice window. The window was installed exactly as promised. The sales person we dealt with was very pleasant to work with.

    Excellent product, awesome after sale service

    My house windows were installed by the previous owner, I transferred the warranty under my name and since then I call Clera windows for the smallest repairs and they get it fixed perfectly and in time. Whenever I send them an email they call writhing a day or two then John van den Broek takes care of the actual repair, he is an awesome guy extremely kind and experienced. I strongly recommend Clera windows for the peace of mind, plus the product is 5 stars. Thank you!

    All 24 windows and 6 doors.

    Jeff, Les and Travis are an amazing team who I would recommend to everyone. They all are extremely thorough and work together so well.

    Basement windows

    Clera (Greg) saved my project. Landmark were supposed to supply my windows but were dishonest about their product and left me without product. Greg swept in and completed the project within record time. He and his team were always pleasant, professional and made themselves available whenever needed. I would highly recommend.

    Product and service

    I am writing a review on Clera windows. Gary was a very easy person to deal with and he Clearfield what would be do and when the Job would be completed. They were 4 weeks ahead of schedule which worked out better for us. The installers did a great job with the installation of all the windows inside and out. They were very accommodating with my attention to detail. They did everything they need to do to make sure my wife and I were completely satisfied. I would recommend this company 100 percent. Thank you Gary and crew for your dedication to professionalism.

    Deposit Taken

    Deposit taken and no further contact in two months as to the status of my order. I do not wish to proceed with this order, and request a reimbursement of my deposit on my credit card immediately. Due to a recent diagnosis of cancer, I sincerely hope that you will provide me with a reimbursement as I cannot proceed.

    Amazing Experience

    Al made this experience so easy. He worked around the hours that worked best for us and was extremely communicative and informative. We had our patio door replaced as the current one was 40 years old. When the work was done, I got home and noticed the trim wasn't put on straight. When Al came to complete the payment, he immediately noticed and was on the phone with his team to have it fixed up ASAP. It looks absolutely amazing, this door feels secure and we have faith it will actually keep the cold out. Highly recommend this team at Branch 35 in Pembroke.
