    Church Windows

    Was very pleased with Gary who help to make sure I got the right windows to suit the Church the best, And the guys who installed the windows were very good and easy to get along with. They would stop to show how they were installed or answer any questions I may have had. Thanks a gain for the great work. I would refer you guys to any one.     Excellent service over all!

    Al and installers are awesome!! Over 10yrs ago prior to us purchasing our home Clera installed new doors and windows. Over the last 5yrs we have had them back for more window installations on 3 separate occasions. All top notch work otherwise we wouldn't have had them back. In fact, some simple service was required to a couple of winows that were installed prior to us, and Al came by, not only serviced but taught me for future maintenance - over and above!! Stellar service!

    New Front Door

    I ordered a new front door from Clera early this fall. My salesperson Muneeb was clear about why I should choose a company made door over a big box depot. With a lifetime warranty and expert installation it was worth the money. More importantly to me was the professional installation. Emin was very personable, professional, and his attention to detail was admirable. it was a very VERY cold day, and he and his partner had been working on other projects before mine. I highly recommend this company.

    Windows

    We just receive 2 large front windows....couldn't be happier. Gary in sales was very helpful and knew his product and Rob and helped were also great with the install. We are very happy. Thank you everyone.

    New windows & doors

    Greg/Trevor and the team from Clera were professional and accessible during the entire install process. In addition, an emphasis was placed on accommodating my family life as some of the work done on my home overlapped with my kids’ schedules and my own work needs. One thing to consider with installs like the one I had (news windows and doors) is the busy nature of the industry, and that patience around when the work begins is required. I raised this with Greg and he was both understanding and made changes in his schedule to ensure my asks were a priority. Definitely recommend.

    subpar

    our main door was promised to be done in 4 to 6 weeks. I called after the 8h week. The guy replacing the sales rep said it is finish and the installer will call me for the installation. No one called me back. I called Alex the installer and he said he does not know anything about it. He said he will check the factory he never called me back. I called customer service 3 times, on one called me back. The sales rep came back from vacation and told me he will check the factory and will call me back. He never did. Until It was already the 15th week and I am already beside myself. Finally installed after 16 weeks and after tons of phone calls and aggravations. Paying $5200 for a door was not worth it.

We admit that our door production is overwhelmed with the orders and running behind the schedule. We received your order on July 22nd and after clarifying details of the order with sales rep, it was sent to production on the week of Aug 7th. Your door was ready 3rd week of October as our lead time for a custom door with custom matching sidelight with multi-point lock and painted In and out is about 8 weeks. Installation was scheduled in November based on your and installer's availability. We apologize if our ales rep set up an expectation of 6 weeks for manufacturing a custom door. Our customer service dept takes care of product and installation related issues. Our Sales Team is responsible for getting back to customers with their order status and it didn't happen in your case. We once again apologize and hope that you like your beautiful new door. Thanks - Clera Admin

    Window installed

    Professional install in timely fashion.Good attention to details.We have had more than one job done with these people and have never had an issue with the windows or the installation.

    two large picture windows, one in the kitchen and the other in the living room

    They were very friendly and worked quickly to complete the job in one day. We were quite happy and have no complaints. They did a great job! We would highly recommend them.

    windows

    Salesman was thorough and personable. Measuring and installation was right on schedule. The windows look great and function well. Best price of the three quotes that I got. Would definitely recommend Clera to others

    Bathroom Window

    Clera replaced all the windows in our 1950's era house when we first moved here more than 20 years ago. The exception was the bathroom window which was replaced by a contractor renovating our bathroom. All these years later we called Clera back to do the bathroom window too. It was the only one in our house which had not stood up to the elements. While they were here they also repaired one other window at no cost. Thanks Clera. When anyone asks about windows, we refer them to you.
