    Living room window

    Ken and his crew made this entire experience so great for my husband and I. We have a huge living room window, (Ken said it is the second biggest window he has ever done). I can't stop looking out of it now. I used to have my curtains closed in the living room all the time because we had an old wood window that let the cold and draft in and it looked like crap, now I leave my curtains open everyday and there is no draft. I love how it looks. Ken made it so easy to purchase the window then the guys that came to install it were so friendly. Both Ken and the guys are awesome to work with. Ken told us the dates the window's would be ready on and they were, we didn't have to call wondering when they would be in, the guys came as soon as the window came in to install it. It did't take as long as I expected it to take to put it in and the work they did is fantastic. Not nearly as much mess as I would have thought there was going to be. They explained all about the operations of the window and said if we ever had any problems with it to just give them a call. I like knowing that it has a life time warranty on it. The guys were very friendly and took the time to answer my questions even when they were working and trying to get the job done. Ken called as soon as the guys were finished to ensure that we were happy and didn't have any questions. I'd highly recommend Ken and his crew to all of my friends and family it was a please to work with all of them.

    Large Bay Window

    After the window was installed and after winter, we began to notice water seepage from around the lower corners of the window frame. We contact Marcelo to come to see this. He made a fully erroneous claim that it was because the snow had been resting against the window. When the snow melted, it backed up into the window drainage channels into the window and into the house. Upon calling Verdun to come in and inspect, we were promptly told that the window was not proper installed in the opening and there was a failure to correctly seal the window into the opening of the house. The water flows the path of least resistance and it did so down the sides of the window and under bottom edges on both sides and under the bottom sill and ingress in through the unsealed area into the wall and sill; hence, the water damage to the walls and window sill. It has been confirmed that snow sitting against the window wouldn’t do this damage, otherwise the same issue would be equally evident in the patio doors that Verdun had installed) less than 3 feet away on the same wall and facing the same deck. The Verdun agent stated that which ever company did this job is lacking in knowledge and seeking to shirk their responsibilities to return and take corrective action and fix the problem they created.

    Excellent All Around Experience!

    We had 2 new Bow windows, a sliding door and a back door replaced by Clera in July and were extremely satisfied with the entire experience. Out of the 7 quotes we received, Adam was the most professional and detail oriented Sales rep we dealt with. He came fully armed with information to distinguish Clera from the competition and spent the most time gathering accurate measurements and going through options. Ranjan the installer was also very meticulous and ranks up with the top installers we've had do any of our renovations. Bottom-line: Based on our experience, I'd highly recommend considering Clera when it comes to buying new windows and doors.

    Doors installed

    From first contact with customer service to sales rep, who was extremely informative and helpful to the amazing installers to the follow up after the work was completed. An A+ experience.

    Windows

    The salesman came when he said he would to give me a quote I had the quote that same day and ordered my windows with no problems. He was ready to answer any questions, was very polite and easy to speak with. When the windows came they said they would be installed at a certain time and they were done in 3 hours. They also made sure they cleaned up any mess very polite and professional I would recommend them any time. Great to deal with.

    windows and patio door

    We replaced several windows and a Patio Door, install was o.k. but we experienced poor communication, poor customer followup, and poor fixing of errors . We never got exactly what we had ordered.

    Patio door purchased and installed

    Clera Windows representative was informative and personable. We were contacted as to installation date and time was arranged. Installers were efficient and took the time to answer and explain any questions we had. Would recommend Clera Windows and Doors.

    Window Installation

    The installation of our Clera bedroom window was very professionally done by Eddy and Natasha. Not only did the window look great, but the inside and outside of the house was cleaned up nicely.

    window replacement

    We were pleased with our experience. The speed of the installation, the appearance of the windows and the helpfulness of the installers. There was a few minor problems but these were attended to promptly and fixed to our satisfaction.

    Clera Windows installed

    Very happy with the windows and the install. The guys came and installed all the windows in a day. Cleaned everything up and was able to save all the trim from the original windows. Great job!
