Replacement windows
This is the 3rd time I have used Gary when I needed to purchase new windows. I have always been very satisfied with Gary from Clera Window and Doors. He is very honest and let's you know if the window you are looking at replacing needs it. He helped me decide which windows in the house I purchased in Puce , really needed replacing. Gary I give you and your company a 10 out of 10. Thank you for the help. Thank you

Window replacements
Happy with the windows. Installers were Eddy & Natasha, I rate both at 100%. Both took extra pains in my crooked old house -service was friendly,supportive and thorough. Great job.

Front doors
Everyone was very professional and helpful. They got the job done for when they said it would be done and overall did a great job. I will definitely be using them again. My doors look amazing.

Windows and Doors- Should have gone with someone else
Update- Responding to my review as fake without making an effort to contact me should act as further evidence of this companies’ “outstanding” customer service. It would also be helpful if someone answered the phone. We have had the unfortunate experience of encountering the service side of Clera windows. While their product is ok, it is priced similarly to the top competitor. We should have picked the latter based on the experience we have had with the terrible installation of what is now a useless storm door. We have tried tirelessly for the last 10 months to have an issue fixed with the storm door that has never fit properly from the original installation. The one and only time the installer came out to fix the issue he just filed the latch plate. Instead of actually addressing what is clearly improperly measured/manufactured door, I am now stuck with a useless door. We should gone with someone else and now regret the decision.

Please call our head office at 9057381870 and provide your details as we only have one Antonio from Niagara Falls in our system and they purchased two Entry doors from us in 2015. We have no record of Storm doors on file and also the storm door shown in the photo is not the product sold by Clera. Please provide your full info so we can help resolve your outstanding issue. New Patio Door
Our old patio door was so cold in the winter. We got our new patio door with Clera and the spray foam insulation and new caulking sealed the deal! Michael and Anthony took great care when they worked which made me feel at ease. Thanks Clera for a great job!

Home Window Replacement (Brick to Brick)
Our Whitby home is 27 years old and we had the windows, in the back and some of the side, of our two story home replaced. Windows were ordered, received and installed in a timely fashion. John V, the sales person was very professional to deal with and came by our home first day of install to check in. The install team (John O, John, & "Cricket") were professional, worked well together as a team and did a great job! A bay window in our wall-papered dining room was installed and we expected that we may have to patch/remove paper in the area and they were careful and no touch-ups were needed. Love the view from our new picture window in our Bedroom sitting area! Very satisfied customers.

Clera Windows
Just wanted to recommend Clera windows to anyone looking to replace their windows! The area manager was easy to work with and accommodating to our needs. The team that installed the windows did so very quickly and were excellent workers (tidied up after each install). The window mechanics were explained to us clearly and are easy to operate and clean! This was a great experience for us!

I just had my windows replaced . I was so pleased at how efficient the crew was . They worked hard and were very professional while addressing any concerns that we had. The job was finished just as predicted . My house looks like it just got a face lift and it looks new again . I love my windows. Thanks to all the crew that worked on my windows . Replaced 2 large windows in kitchen
I was very impressed at how quickly Gary was able to visit and recommend suitable windows for my kitchen. The price was great and installation occurred a couple weeks earlier than expected. Scott did an awesome installation despite the challenges presented by the old windows. Very happy with the entire experience. Good quality windows and workmanship!

Front door and side window
We had a new door with a side window installed in Windsor by Gary and his crew. Gary had great suggestions as the side window was an unique situation. The installation was done with extreme care and respect of my existing wall and wood work and the clean up was amazing. Definitely recommend using Gary just like my 4 coworkers had suggested to me.
