Excellent Product and Service
I was very impressed with Steve, the sales representative for Clera. He was efficient, knowledgeable and personable. The windows are high quality and were installed by John and his team. John is a highly skilled installer who definitely went the extra mile to make everything perfect. Thank you to Clera for an excellent experience on all levels: quality, customer service and value.

picture window replacement
From the sales to installation it was an efficient and completely satisfactory experience. My thanks to everyone involved in the process. I recommend Clera Windows!

Front door and windows
Gihan and installation crew personable and friendly. Would like to give a 10 maybe a 9. Our flashing was a rare colour of flashing which took a while to complete because of supply issues combined with unavoidable illness within the family of the installer crew. . While waiting though Gihan offered and did pay for a outside contractor to tidy up some minor issues.

Replacing 3 windows
I had Harry out for an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and polite. We hired Harry at Clera windows and doors to replace three windows. Two of them we made smaller. He came and was here working hard even in the cold (its December as its being installed). Everyone was polite and worked well. The finished products look amazing. We are very happy with his and his teams work. Thank you!

Chatham work
Harry Cornejo and his team did an excellent job installing a patio door and kitchen Window. The door had an earth basé so they had to create à firm base.

Kitchen window, sliding door
Very satisfied with the product, the window and door are quality. We found Harry and his crew to be professional, quick, and very friendly. When they found some rotten wood under the old sliding door it was brought to my attention and they repaired it with no hesitation, and with no extra cost. Metal trim is flawless. I would recommend your product and highly recommend your crew.

Patio doors
Two patio doors needed to be replaced. The company had an unexpected opening, they came the next day and did the work in six hours, making sure the place was clean when they left. The work was great, the people friendly. Overall happy.

Amazing company
Clera windows is a great company to deal with when getting your windows done. From the initial meet to the installation, everything was well organized and completed in a timely manner. The price was very reasonable when compared to 3 other companies. Terry was great at explaining the process and answering all of my questions. Avni and his crew were professional when they came to install the windows and the patio door. Thank you for the outstanding service you provided.
