    kitchen and bedroom windows

    I was every impressed with the quality of the work and also the speed and the cleanup after. Hans and his team are very professional. this is why we have kept coming back for close to 20 years now. I will keep coming back and we have also referred friends and family to Hans.

    Entrance Door

    Clera did a wonderful job replacing my entrance way door. The work was done with great attention to detail, everyone at Clera was so professional. The quality of the product is to the highest standard. Alan was of great assistance helping me pick the style and colour of the door that was just what I was looking for. I will not hesitate to call them for any future products.

    New windows

    This was our second time working with Terry from Clera as we replaced another series of windows in our home. He was great to work with and recommended window styles that balanced our needs and the structure of our home. The installation crew was very friendly and professional. They worked efficiently and quickly to get the job done, and made sure to inspect the house before they left to tidy debris. We are very happy with our new windows and would work with Clera again.

    Window Replacement

    Over the winter our front bay window cracked and needed to be replaced. Muneeb from Clera came to do a consultation and we were very impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. He really took his time during the presentation, which was refreshing as other sales people seemed to just breeze through. We ended up selecting Clera based on what we felt was a superior quality product, especially as we also decided to replace three bedroom windows which have been causing us some grief. Although the product was a major factor, having a sales person that truly shows he cares about his customers meant a lot. It took about a month and a half for our windows to be manufactured, and they were just installed last week. Alex and his team were also very professional and courteous - even when my husband had a thousand questions during the installation haha. Overall we’re very happy with Clera’s product and their wonderful staff. Definitely would recommend anyone looking for windows/doors considers them!

    windows

    We had several windows installed by Clera Windows and Doors at our home in Essex County. Gary did a professional presentation with a window sample and explaining the benefits of Clera windows. The windows were ready in a reasonable time. The installation by Rob was completed in a precise and efficient. They cleaned up when they were done. A professional job all around. I will definitely be calling Gary very soon for more windows and a front door.

    Bay window and 2 doors

    Great to deal with a company that follows though with there promises. Definately went above and beyond from the date that our order was placed to the day of install. The bay window made an amazing compliment to our log home. Definately recommend them to our friends and family.

    All new windows in our home

    We contacted Clera to have our windows replaced under the GreenON program. The pricing was very competitive and the presentation from Terry the sales rep was concise, to the point and no nonsense. Within 10 weeks, as promised, Avni and his crew arrived to install the windows and within a day and a half, the windows were installed. Their work was impeccable, as was the clean up. Thoroughly impressed and the windows are just fantastic and very energy efficient.

    Windows

    Having trouble getting service after a front window latch broke. Cannot secure window and no one will respond to calls or arrange repair. Called Feb. 21st and still no call for repair , now March 8th!! Really poor customer service. Rep hasn't even followed up with me. I keep chasing him.

    Excellent Service !!!!!!! Thank you Rayan!!!

    I have been shopping around for new Windows and Doors for the last few months. I have done my extensive homework, and came across Clera Windows. I had inquired online and a consultant by the name of Rayan had called me back to follow up on my inquiry. He was SUPER DUPER professional!!. When he came to my house he measured all the windows. Explained the entire process thoroughly from start to finish. What i LOVE about this company is that they are directly manufacturer to consumer. The day my windows arrived for installation i was BLOWN away with the quality and professionalism by the installers that had done the job. Everyone on my street compliments my house when they walk by!. Thank you to the entire team at CLERA for making this happen for me. A special Thanks to Rayan & Alex and the entire installation team for taking your time and exceeding above and beyond my expectations! THANKS!!!!!!
