    Windows

    Salesman steve was professional and knowledgeable. Alex and the instal crew worked hard all day and cleaned up nicely when finished. Would definitely reccomend Clera to all my family and friends

    disappointed

    Overall not satisfied with the whole process. Took to long to get windows in, difficult to contact sales rep. .. Installation was messy. Not 100% sure but I agree with other posts here in regard to all the questionable 10 star reviews. Seems whenever there is a poor review it is quickly buried with glowing 10 star reviews. Just saying

    Great Product, Sales, Installation and Service

    This is the third house we have purchased windows for from Clera Windows. We have dealt with both Jacqueline and Gerald and they have both been very professional and extremely knowledgeable. They are not pushy, and have a very honest approach. We have also had both installers at our homes and both are hard working, and do a great job with installation and clean up. We have had a few minor services over the year, and they are prompt and effecient getting things fixed up and good to go. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new windows or doors

    The work was very satisfactory, and in good timing .the price was reasonable, We would highly recommend Clera windows and doors Our daughter in Windsor had her windows done and was also satisfied, Highly recommended

    A window fix

    Had Windows installed 5 years again and am super happy with them, service was great. Just had my window fixed in my master bedroom and Shawn was great! Highly recommend

    Terrible Company, would not recommend!!

    Initially I was impressed with Clera, the start of the process was great so that's why I chose to go with them even though there were many other cheaper options. That all changed quickly... Even though the pictures pretty much speak for themselves to articulate a summary of my experience with Clera, here's the full story: - After I gave Clera the deposit the communication died...no updates without me chasing to get info. - 6 weeks late on the delivery of the windows, no communication, I had to chase them and took about 2 weeks to get the first update on status. - Windows finally delivered and there were some quality problems (holes in window frames, 1 cracked frame, damaged screens) but overall I was ok with the install until I got home and saw the finished trim...see pics - When the install techs came back (took 3 more times until I gave up) they (Alex) became rude and would argue with me about the quality and appearance of the trim...again see pics, not sure what he thought he could argue about. They also dropped a piece of the custom trim on my custom built-ins and damaged the shelf. To this point, Clera has refused to pay to cover the damage ($640 to repair) - All my custom trim had to be removed again since the install was so bad and I had to pay a carpenter to clean it up and reinstall properly. - Then I found more window quality issues where the water was free-flowing past the weather stripping and the inside was exposed in the view through the window so it was not aesthetically pleasing at all. Clera assured me it was not a window performance issue....we'll see - The customer service tech Ryan came out to my house twice and took care of all the window issues. He is the only one who seems to care about customers at Clera. The experience with him was good, but that's the only good I have to say about Clera. - When I went to mount my shutters back on the window frames, I came to find that the jams where not installed to the correct dimensions on 4 of the windows, so I had to cut the bottoms of 8 shutter sections so that they would fit again. The jams were also completely out of square, terrible workmanship!! - And then the caulking....oh my the caulking...just look at the pics... - The president of Clera, Vito, assured me that when all the issues were cleared up, he would find a way to settle with me on the built-in shelf damage and the trim issues. After I've called him and emailed him at least 20 times each, he has still yet to respond. So far I've been completely ignored. - I've also called the sales rep for my area, Steve, approx 5 more times since the last service visit, and he's completely ignored me too. Even after all the issues and all the time I had to take to have service visits at my house to address the issues, Clera could have recovered if they settled with me to pay for the damaged trim and damaged built-in cabinets. They've ignored me and avoided doing the right thing and that upsets me the most, when a company won't take responsibility and take care of their customers. Avoid doing business with Clera. When they get your money they clearly don't care anymore. Months later, I'm still cleaning up damaged trim, and re-caulking all the windows myself... Such a bad experience!!

All the issues shown in the photos have been rectified and the major trim issue happened because you wanted installers to remove and reinstall your old trim on one particular window. We are glad that you got along with at least one of Clera Employee. As you know that your delay in order was due to greenON program and our local branch never promised that your shutters will fit back after brick to brick installation. We take full responsibility of the initial product quality and workmanship and happy to share that everything was fixed up to your satisfaction. The only remaining issue is the compensation so please contact our President and we are sure that we can resolve this issue too. Thanks - Clera Admin

    10 windows and a patio door

    My sales rep gerald was fantastic he was very knowledgeable from start to finish our installation crew were amazing big thanks to Frank only issue was a damaged screen which took 8 weeks to replace but it is winter after all screen was replaced thank you clera windows job well done

    New patio door installed.

    The two man team arrived right on time and got to work right away. They introduced themselves. Were professional and worked together very well. The old door was removed and the new one put in with focus on detail. They cleaned up after themselves and took away the old materials. We used Clera about 20 years ago and we will use them again in the future. Great job.

    15 New Windows 6 lg from Kawartha Division

    James from Clera Windows Kawartha area gave us the best price of 4 estimates. Paul came for a final measurement. Installers Chris and Kristan came from Omemee and did a fantastic job inside and out. These new vinyl windows changed the feel of our 4 season cottage. Warmer in the winter and open up better in the summer. No more painting or rot. I'll recommend them to all my nieghbours.

    Very disappointed

    Update to my previous review. It has been a long process to have my problems resolved, but as of last week, all issues have been corrected. Hopefully this review will have some impact on their customer service going forward. The product is fantastic. Had Clera come out May 1918 for a quote. Sales rep was there asap. Installation was great. 1 month later, screen door came off track. It took months for someone to come out and see to the problem. They said it happened to a few people. It took a total of 6 months for them to replace the screen door. As of 3 weeks ago, came off track again. Was promised it was going to be fixed that week, and I am still waiting....2 weeks later. Sliding door would not lock after 2 months. Was promised to have a new piece of lock installed.....still waiting. Now my kitchen window cracked from corner to corner. Lets see how long I will have to wait to get resolved. This company has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Never again would I recommend them
