People, Product and Workmanship - Excellent Bottomline is I can notice a vast improvement in my comfort in the few days since the installation. Muneeb and Alex both provided great information that I found very useful in deciding which windows to go with. Alex's team were polite and cleaned up thoroughly‎ after each day of the installation. It appears from the outside that the windows are designed clearly with the goal of maximizing energy efficiency.‎ I did not expect to be able to look at an installed window and make that conclusion. I am really impressed with the quality of the install. Three things stand out: 1) Spray foam insulation was generously used‎, 2) the install seems aimed at making the finished trim look/work better and 3) the trim is sold wood- I was expecting the cardboard looking stuff you find at home improvement stores.

In my home we had 2 doors replaced as well as a sliding door put in. We also had two other windows replaced in the bedrooms. The windows and doors look beautiful and we can already notice a difference in temperature in our home. The workers were in and out in one day and then returned just to patch up some drywall and leave the walls looking clean and manicured. Overall I was very pleased with the work and the customer service from the company.

Windows are beautiful ! Made 40yr old dated bungalow looks new again. Steve our sales rep was knowledgeable,professional, and honest...didn't sell me what I didnt need. Alexey and his installation team were maticulos. Worked in -16c temp and didnt leave till the last detail was taken care of!

We had 13 large casement style windows and one 6ft patio door replaced back in 2009. The install went very smooth and quickly, which we really appreciated, as we had them changed in February! there was a little work to be done to fit the patio door as it wasn't a perfect fit from the one that was replaced, but they made the adjustments quickly. I have to admit I was a little concerned that the caulking on the exterior would not adhere in the cold weather. 10 years and no cracks or separation. Over the 10 years, we have, on a couple of occasions, we've contacted customer service for some replacement part, crank handles, which our kids seem to use a lot in there bedrooms. Service has always been prompt and easy to deal with, and a tech has been to our home to repair the handles quickly. Of course the replacement parts are covered under warranty with no cost to us. I have just contacted Ryan at customer service to replace a handle and a plastic tab that's part of the locking assembly. I sent him a couple of pictures of what I need, he is couriering the parts to my home immediately. Can't ask for better than that!! Like I said, 10 years after install and Clera/FM windows is taking care of there products. Thanks for standing by your products!!

Got changed 6 bedroom windows ,garden door and 2 basement windows. Company stands behind its products and follows up any issues promptly....Mr.Adam the sales gentlemen is great and had queries and issues resolved promptly...Very much impressed ..thanks

Steve our sales rep was amazing. Great follow up on the work, same day and a week later! The installers were extremely polite and tidy which was important to us with 2 young kids and pets. Very happy with the overall experience.

Wouldn't recommend using Clera. Find anyone else but this company. Zero customer service. Waited a year for service repair then was told that I could fix it myself and they would give me $150.00 for their shoddy work to do so.

We had upstairs windows replaced and two on main floor a few years ago if I had it to do over I would definitely go for triple glazed on top floor. Then last year we had three windows replaced..one front and two sides with grids they are triple glazed and are beautiful. John helped us get the government grant and we were pleased, the installer was great too.
