Window Installation
We contracted Clera Windows & Door to replace all the windows in our home originally based on the positive comments we read in HomeStars. With the windows installed and the job completed, we have to say Clera does not disappoint. The level of client service, quality of installation and windows were worth every penny paid. John (Regional Sales Mgr) worked patiently with us providing his expertise on the type of window that would best fit each room and opening. Unlike other contractors that ignore you after the contract is signed, John was patient and he ensured our many questions were answered within the day. John’s prompt and courteous service continued on for another 2 months after completion of installation as he sorted out and submitted all the required information and documentation until our GreenOn rebate was finally approved. When the windows were finally ready, we were amazed at how quickly John (the Installer) and his crew installed the windows. They were fast, efficient, meticulous and considerate, taking care to minimize dust & debris. Every installed window is absolutely stunning! We had some retractable screens that were not working properly and John made arrangements with the technician to stop by to fix before we had the chance to test the screens ourselves. Now that’s service! Cindy (the Administrator) kept the men in check and ran their schedules. She kept us posted on the status of our windows from manufacturing to installation dates, rain days (when installation would not take place) and the GreenOn picture taking days. Thank you Clera and the John, John, Cindy team for a worried-free and stress-free window replacement.

Windows
We just installed new windows have had wonderful experience with Clera. It started with Adam from the sales team. He was very responsive, knowledgeable gave us good advice and ideas on type of windows. Adam also kept us updated during the construction period. On the installation day, we had Clera crew - Paul and Traywinski. They were very nice, polite, skillful and hard working, took care of the minute details and also made sure they answered all our questions. They used to clean up all the work area before they left for the day. Overall I am very happy with the Clera team and would recommend them without any second thought.

Greeat job and impressive teamwork
From the very start, Jerry (Sales) made this a very positive experience. Installation crew demonstrated impressive professionalism and teamwork. Workmanship was great and commitments /timeframes were kept. Thank you very much and strongly recommend to anyone needing new windows and doors.

3 large windows
We heard about clera windows on a flyer in the mail and a person I met that had his windows done. we called Andre Tessier for a quote, he came and showed us the quality of the windows, took all the measurements, told us how they were going to do it when they could do it if it was a good time with us. They came in and completed the instalation fast and clean work and we were very satisfy and happy with the quality and look of the windows.

Customer Service as much of a joke as their warranty
Buyer beware! Their warranty is a joke. When the cranks on the casement windows snap off and the cranking mechanism completely seizes, good luck getting anyone to help. Phone calls unanswered. Emails ignored. The online 'Contact Us' form at least generated a response. Unfortunately, there has yet to be any action, or folow-up, despite several more emails to the head office as well as the president of the company Vito Mastrorillo.

All of your parts are under warranty and there is no reason for us to not send it to you unless they got lost in mail due to Canada Post Rotational Strike last month. Excellent job
Christian and Chris did a wonderful job. Cleaned up there area they were working before they went to the next window. My windows and news front and back doors are so nice. Thank you/

Clera windows
This is the second time we have used clera windows and we are very pleased with their service. We used the company out of pembroke, ontario. They were fast and efficient..and left no mess behind. Highly recomment them.

I love the windows that I purchased. They are so modern and beautiful! Install was easy to schedule and everything went smoothly! Honestly, new windows can completely change your house! I highly recommend Clera!

Windows and patio door replacement.
I had other companies say that all I needed to do was replace the window itself (and not the frame and wood etc). And they quoted me a price more expensive than Clera! Clera however went right down to the brick and the debris that was taken away showed some evidence of water damage and rot. From the first in home estimate to the completion of work - the process was easy and streamlined. The staff were kind, nice, not at all pushy and very easy to get along with. It was a pleasure dealing with them and they were easy to contact when I had questions. The work was do e fast and efficiently and they did an excellent job of protecting the house from dust etc. The work looks amazing and my house is brighter and warmer! And it is quieter too. I live near a flight path for the airport. I highly recommend Clera!
