    Window replacement

    Great experience. I had 9 windows replaced. Roger was knowledgeable and great at giving ideas of what would work best for my home. Wendy was always happy to help you out & returned your inquiries right away. The installer Jeff was polite ,kind & thoughtful about being inside your home & keeping things clean & tidy inside & out. The windows look great & I already feel a huge difference . Can't forget Matt. Matt also helped in the installation. Great team work. Thanks for the great job. I love my new windows.

    Windows and doors

    Thanks Les Stringer and your team in the Barrie area for doing such a great job installing my new windows and doors. My farm house is very hold and had its challenges, but the boys got the job done completed in a timely fashion and the mess was all cleaned up. Thanks again and I will call in the future if I need more.

    Window Replacement

    Installation was fast and painless. The crew showed up on the designated day. They were polite and considerate. They made sure our new kitten was safe and that she didn’t have access to the window openings while they worked. They continued working until the work was completed all in one day and they made sure to clean up after themselves. In all, we are very happy with our new windows and our overall experience with Clera.

    Windows

    I had 7 of the 8 windows in my house replaced. The sales rep was knowledgeable and personable and was easy to reach when I needed to speak to her. The installers were professional and friendly. The windows themselves are amazing - they look classy inside and out. They are very easy to open and swivel inwards to clean. I’m quite pleased with the results.

    Windows and door

    I had a great experience with Clera. Gary was professional and friendly. Easy to work with. I had 8 windows and a door install and it was quick and painless.

    Full home windows

    Just read review from Hamilton and company response where they will take care of.....and to contact them because of 'fake' reviews.....what a joke. In my opinion the positive reviews are probably the fake ones. I had windows 10 years ago from this company and would never under any circumstances recommend them, their self employed contracted salespeople or self employed installers. Still have a window in the front of my house with the border grill upside down and they want to charge me several hundred dollars for someone to come in and spend 10 minutes fixing it.

    Replacement windows in the living room, dining room and kitchen

    Our windows are just two weeks in, so I can't speak to longevity. But I can say the process of purchasing the windows was smooth and stress-free, from the initial estimate to the installation. None of the existing trim was disturbed, the exterior capping is excellent, and the cleanup was first-rate. We had many companies in the area give us estimates, and felt confident Clera was the right choice for us.

    New Kitchen and Basement Windows

    Would highly recommend Clera Windows & Doors - from our first phone call with Dennis to enquire about new windows ….. to the last moment as the installation guys packed up their truck. Clera's response time to our enquiry was immediate unlike other companies who never called back and the installers where friendly, hard working and extremely professional. Very very pleased with our new windows and would definitely use their services again in the future. Marlene from Brampton

    Slow to fix issues

    Had an estimate in December, was told windows would be installed in January but they delayed and delayed until the spring. Finally got them done in April. The next week several of them broke. They would no longer close. So I spent the whole summer with windows that wouldnt close, calling and calling for service. They eventually were fixed in September. Overall I feel very disappointed. Edited to add, after posting this review I was contacted by head office who expressed regrets and helped me out.

    be cautious

    Windows did not come in on time and when installed they cracked the dry wall. I had to repair and paint it myself. It appears that this company has people writing a lot of fake 10 star reviews. ( not sure but they seem to try and bury any reviews that are critical ) I like some other real posts here have come to realise that there is no real warranty with clear's "lifetime warranty". Their warranty seems to consist of them sending someone to look at the issue who charges $150.00 an hour... then they just to tell you its not the window, it must be something else. I like others have mold growing on the inside of my window.
