    8 triple pane windows

    I am extremely pleased with the 8 replacement, triple pane windows I purchased from Gary of Clera Windows. I have noticed a big difference in heat retention with these new windows. My old windows had broken seals with colored gas between the panes, thus limiting my vision and letting cold air sneak in, but these new windows make this cottage on Lake Erie seem bright/cheery and warm/cozy. Highly recommend them.

    Replacement windows

    We had several windows replaced, and a sliding glass door. We were assured several times before purchasing that the warranty is extensive and covers all manufacturing defects. It doesn't! The double panes in our sliding door are not sealed properly, such that we now have mould growing between them. The installers who came out to check it agreed that it was a sealing defect. Nonetheless, Clera refuses to replace it and honour their warranty. Before you purchase, be sure to understand that the warranty isn't worth anything. Very disappointed.

    window installation

    There was trouble with installation dates being missed due to contractor(s) illness and weather issues; this caused me a great deal of undue STRESS. However, my Clera representative, Cash, kept in constant contact with me to re-access the changing situations. Thank-you Cash. My contractor did a fantastic job; very professional, experienced and helpful. Thank-you Isaias.

    Windows installation

    Hi, there! I wanted to say thank you for doing our windows.They look amazing. It started with meeting with Muhameed in our house, who was great in helping us decide on our selection of windows to order. Thank you also to the crew, who were organized and efficient in the installation. They showed us how to operate the mechanism of the new windows which we appreciate it very much.     Replaced front & back Doors and added 1 storm door

    Doors look amazing. Very good communication with sales rep. Overall we are very happy with the customer service and especially installation. No issues, very professional and knowledgeable. Can’t thank you enough. Stress free service.

    Windows and Front door

    Our experience was amazing right from the start. Ken was very professional and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time with us helping us choose the right products and colors. Our windows were ready exactly when he advised and were installed a couple of days later. The installers could not have been better!! So polite, respectful and organized!! The did a great job and the clean up after was impeccable. The windows and doors are wonderful we made the right choice they look great, easy to clean. We have no hesitation recommending Clera windows + doors, Ken Chaston and installers. Thank you Susan and Fred Trenton On

    Window installation

    Good quality windows, the installation is very carefully done and they clean everything after finishing. However, post sales service is not great, it took them unbelievable amount of time to repose my request...and it's been more than a year now...

    friendly and skilled salesman and installers. end product looks terrific! My wife is happy, which is the main thing!!

    Product great, installers great when they actually show up. Customer service bad

    Took way too long to get installation. Then was not told the truth about delaying installation. Then installers “called in sick” for two days then once finally rescheduled took 2 months for paperwork for rebates. 5 months and it just got comepleted. Turns out not telling the truth and installers not showing up on scheduled days has happened to the only two other people I know who used this company.

    6 new windows and patio door

    We had windows and patio door replaced by Clera Windows and Doors within 2 days and are absolutely delighted with them. Excellent workmanship from both Hans and Rick who were also very hard workers, courteous and prompt. They also cleaned up after every installation. We would definitely recommend their outstanding service.
