Adam K was extremely professional during the presentation portion which is what sold me on the install. Very impressed with the quality of the product. The install took approx. 2 days (whole house and patio door) and I was very impressed with the professionalism and courteous approach both Paul and Trey (the install team) displayed while doing the installation. I had asked questions as they were installing and they were more than happy to answer them. They worked very efficiently, neat and tidy. I would highly recommend Adam and his team to anyone looking for a quality install.

My wife and I met with Adam to discuss our needs for a new front entrance door. It took us some time to decide on the color of the door, but Adam was very patient and helped us pick the perfect color. Paul and his son Trayton installed the door. What a fantastic job they did!!!! They installed it very fast, were very professional and very knowledgeable (I asked a lot of questions) . My neighbor was so impressed with the door and the job that was done, that she asked for Clera's phone number. A very happy customer. Santo D.

We did a complete replacement of all windows and doors in our house and after getting quotes from a number of companies decided to go with Clera. Absolutely no regrets, Clera did a great job and the windows and doors look great. Greg Gainham really went above and beyond in accommodating some of our special needs that arose due to other home renovations being planned and other issues that inevitably arose during this big project. The installer, Trevor, did a great job. Would not hesitate to recommend or to use again.

I am happy with the work the Clera Windows team did: from the sales process to the installers crew - all were very professional. Small misunderstandings were resolved quickly. They accomodated small changes I requested during the installation process. The work was completed in one day, the crew did great job and cleaned after they were done. After couple of months, I had small issue with one of the windows - Greg came on same day, fixed it and showed me how to handle this in future. I am satisfied with Clear Windows - well done.

Our sales rep was very understanding and willing to provide us with the work that we requested without trying to pressure us. He truly cared about our needs and was accommodating at every step of the way from our initial consultation to final installation. Highly recommend and will be calling them again.

Great job until noted two windows were very scratched, had Al come by who said will replace in a month. Still waiting almost two months. The kitchen window is also very stiff and difficult to open. I dont understand how the scratches got installed without workers noticing as they are very apparent.

Clera windows started out great, our local rep was very helpful and great to deal with. Then the install happened, the workers were extremely messy leaving behind debris everywhere inside and out including full pieces of trim with nails sitting in our gardens! Two windows were installed in each other’s place and another windows roll up screen was full of holes, when we brought this to the attention of our rep he assured us this would be dealt with. We provided them with all information needed for the GreenOn program application immediately as well. It has since been 12 weeks since our install and payment, they still have not even submitted our application for the GreenOn rebate and anytime we try and get ahold of them it takes a week or more usually before we get a response and the response is only ever a promise to do something which ends up not getting done. Both customer service and our local rep have left us hanging since we paid them and I would never ever recommend this company to anyone I know! What a headache! We have just contacted head office and hope to get some traction there, but I doubt it..
