I've had 7 windows and 1 door installed in early July. Immediately I let the sale person (Cash Kelly) know that there was a problem with the door. She suggested I wait a few weeks to see if it was due to the high humidity. I waited and contacted her twice by phone near the end of August, and once by email. She assured me each time that Jake, the installer would contact me to rectify the situation.
To date, I've not heard from anyone.
I sent an email to head office the week of September 3rd, and have had no response.
I called today, September 10th and left a message, and still no return call.
I started out being understanding, these things happen with a new install, but the complete lack of concern, and trying to reach out through different avenues, and hearing nothing. All I wanted was my door to open and close properly.
This make me feel that once this company had my money, I"m on my own.
VERY DISAPPOINTED.
