    Window replacements

    I had The Home Inspectors Group come by for a home audit. The Energy Auditor knew I needed new windows and highly recommended CLERA WINDOWS & DOORS. This auditor sees some "new" bad window jobs out there and knows CLERA quality of work. I cannot thank this Auditor enough because Mike, the sales rep and his team were extremely professional, courteous, not pushy, prompt with answering questions and communicating information. I have peace of mind that CLERA makes and installs their own windows and service will always be available to me. Go with CLERA...you will not be disappointed!

    New Livingroom and Bathroom Windows

    We have used Clera Windows many times in the past and we are never disappointed in the quality or service. Another flawless install! Thanks Terry and Avni!

    Windows

    Terry from sales was very personable and accommodating throughout the process. Windows have been in for 2 years on the top floor and I have had zero compliants with the quality and functionality of the product. Installers were professional and took care cleaning afterwards. Overall a quality product and above average customer service.

    Patio Door

    We've just recently moved into our home and all the windows were changed by the previous homeowner...I wish they hadn't since the windows are cheap and we already have condensation in between the glass of one of our panes. We called Clera to have someone look at changing this out and to order a new patio door, and Mike came to help us out. He was great to deal with, Alex the installer was very friendly and worked hard, and now we are settled and happy in our new home, without the issues of our old windows and doors!

    5 GreenON windows

    I was nervous to participate in the GreenON program since there is never any guarantee with a government rebate, but Mike and the installation crew handled everything really smoothly. Our application is submitted and awaiting payment, and we absolutely love the new windows. Would certainly recommend Clera to friends and family, and thank you Mike!

    Replace basement master bedroom windows

    We previously had Adam quote and replace our exterior doors, and my wife has used them in her town home. Adam came by quoted us on all our windows and we moved forward with our most problematic windows. He knew that our windows were installed on the old window frames and not on brick so was able to tell that the windows would need to be larger. His team came to measure and since they were exterior windows they didn't need to come in. About two months later his installers came and did a great job, putting in the windows and putting in spray foam and trim around the windows. Despite getting attacked by wasps they were able to get the work done in an afternoon. Really happy with their work, they have always been prompt, pricing is competitive and they stand behind their product.

    7 windows, 1 sliding patio door, Tecumseh

    I was very pleased with Gary (salesperson) & his crew (Rob & Scott). Gary knows his products very well & made suggestions which was all very good - "Thanks Gary". Rob & Scott did a very commendable job (good teamwork), finished the job in 3 days & left our place very clean. No rubbish left behind. I did recommend Gary Clera Products to our daughter. Benny

    Window & Patio Door - installation

    After getting amazing service from their Sales Manager Adam, we just finished installation by the father & son team of Paul & Trayton. Paul and Trayton were courteous, professional, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They called before coming and they stuck to their schedule. I was thrilled with their service and the quality of the windows. Adam also showed up during installation and made himself available as well. A great experience overall.

    Front door Order Mid December 2017- May 14th 2018 still waiting

    I went with Clera Windows and Doors for my front door purchase because I had an excellent experience with my home window replacement. We ordered the front door and side window Mid December and the installer came out at that time for final measurements. We were told with the holidays coming up that the installation would be Feb/March. I was fine with that. Today is May 14th. I think they lost my order. I contacted them a few times now and am told they would get back to me with when I can expect delivery and installation. The sad thing is - I am having to contact Clera. I've received no customer service. No Followup. This is not at all what I was expecting from a company of this caliber. Do the people who make and install the doors work on a different set of standards? At this point I want my deposit back and I will go with another company. I am so disappointed with this entire experience.

    7 New Windows

    Decided on Clera based on the reviews on this site and was not disappointed. Right from the start our Sales Person was very professional and friendly. Of all the companies we had come to see us Dennis was the most prepared with product to show and explaining what we were getting. We had 7 windows replaced in Brampton in a semi-detached home. Decided on all awning style windows, triple pane for the GreenOn rebate program which Clera took care of all the documentation. The installation took a few days, which originally they had wanted to complete it in one day but the head installer did not want to rush the job, which was extremely appreciative that they wanted it done right. The installers were fantastic, friendly and knew their job well. While there were a few small issues that came up, 99.9% of the job was done to perfection. Very happy with my choice to go with Clera windows and they are very deserving of this review. Thank you Dennis and your crew!
