    Entire home window replacement

    We were generally happy with the work and quality of the windows. There was some damage to the walls and trim during the installation, which they made some efforts to repair. They promised to do a couple of extra things wed asked for but then didnt fulfil the promise in the end. Quality is good, customer service is mediocre.

    Replacing windows

    Im very happy with the service that provided by your company to my home. I especially want to thank Mr Gihan who handled my project from beginning to end. He explained to me a lot of details about the new windows and about the energy star ratings. Thanks also to his crew for a job well done. Very clean job and on time completion.

    Window and Door Replacement

    The project was completed in 2 stages. Stage 1 was the replacement of 3 windows and the front door. Stage 2 was the replacement of 3 windows and a bay window. All work was completed as contracted for and very good workmanship. Completely satisfied.

    Replacement of windows on 100+ year old home

    I read multiple reviews and narrowed it down to 3 quotes. Clera was similar in price to one of my other shortlisted quotes, but Marco was the most helpful in answering a list of questions and pointing out other window examples in the neighbourhood along with their strengths and deficiencies. I was surprised at how much effort window companies put into their opening sales pitch, compared to how unavailable they are for follow-up questions, except for Marco. The installers were Fidel and Antonio, and they were meticulous and skilled. No damage was done to the interior trim, and I had neighbours watching from outside ask about the company as their work was noticeably professional. I definitely intend to use them again.

    Window and door installation

    Absolutely amazing job. From quote to completion the whole experience was a very positive one. All floors etc were protected during installation of windows and doors. These guys take pride in what they do and take all steps necessary to ensure it is done right. We will definitely be in touch when it is time to do the last few windows. Andre, Evan and Jack we cannot thank you all enough for the amazing job. We will be recommending you to anyone looking for windows and doors in the Cornwall area.

    Window replacements

    Jonathan was very good to work with. Pete & his crew always informed us what he was doing and got our ok. Jonathan & Pete always responded quickly to any of my questions or concerns. I was, however disappointed that the windows don't block as much outside noise as I hoped. Cassie Adams

    Great Customer Service

    I called Clera to get some replacement parts and was put transferred to Rita at the Concord location. She was friendly and helpful. She immediately knew what I was asking for. After sending a picture of the pieces needed, she emailed me back within minutes. I had the ripened pieces I needed the next day. This level of service is hard to find these days so thank you Rita.

    Door

    I received a lovely new exterior door. From the minute I ordered it to the installation of the door, the service provided by all of the staff here in Kingston was excellent. They are a very professional, courteous and experienced staff. They all deserve a 10 out of 10!

    window replacement

    The gentleman who came to my house to install the window was professional and on time. The work was completed over 2 days which would be my only complaint. he was at my house from 9-12ish then had to leave to do another job.
