Window install
Nick was great, he had excellent product knowledge and answered all questions and addressed any concerns. Mo was our installer and did excellent work. He and his crew provided great attention to detail and were friendly and professional.

Window Replacement
Our windows were really bad with mold growing inside and the wind blowing through them. The sales rep came out measured the windows, told us about government grants that were available, and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was not pushy in anyway and allowed us to decide when we were ready if we were going with them. The installation crew was great. They worked efficiently and were able to replace all 14 windows in less than a day. Overall I am very happy with the company and the product they provided.

Great Windows and Service
We bought Clera windows 2 years ago for our main floor. This year, it was 8 windows for the second storey. We love the windows and the installation. Johnathan was wonderful with his end and the sales of the windows. The price was better than a lot of competitors and, after buying 22 windows in 2021, we were happy to call Johnathan to buy the 8 for upstairs. Installation was great and the crew cleaned up everything they did. We live in leamington, and recommended Clera to 3 other families. I highly recommend this company for excellent products and installation.

Window replacement
We wanted to replace windows in a sunroom and Graham came across an issue with the wall. Rather than just install the windows and call it a day he stopped and alerted us to a big issue. Thanks to him we have a new wall professionally done capped off with some amazing windows. We are extremely happy with the outcome.

Excellent service and product
We live in Windsor, Ontario. Clera gave us fantastic service and quick installation. Jonathan and his team could not have been any more professional. We got over 12 quotes, to do all the windows in our home (24 windows, including a set of sliding doors). They were, by far, the most reasonable and gave us exactly what we wanted. We did our homework before buying and Clera checked all our boxes. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family. They were straightforward and very easy to work with. The installation crew worked quickly and always cleaned up everyday after they were done. Polite and friendly, and very respectful of our time and space. Showed up when they said they were going to and answered all of our questions. Cant say enough about how happy we are with our new windows!!

Windows - replacement of 2 large and 2 smaller
A supportive sales representative in Marco, timely delivery of the order, high quality installers in Zahar and Islam. A very positive experience with a company we had turned to previously, and provided an excellent product.

Window Installation
Great in the beginning, responsive before they get the sale. After the sale and after the installation it is impossible to get a hold of a sales rep. Measured improperly for a custom door. It is significantly shorter than the original door. Disappointed with the size after spending over 4 grand on a CUSTOM door. No resolution as the company will not return our calls or emails. Installers were great. Product is good. Customer service is awful.

Clera Window and screen parts
I had new windows and screens put in by Clera in 2009. Over time, a couple of the casement window cranks and some of the screen clips were broken. I spoke with Rita at Clera and, although my windows are no longer covered but warranty, she put a package of the parts I needed and I picked them up the next day at no charge. I was very pleased with the service.

Side Door Replacement
I have used Clara for every replacement in my home. Windows, back sliding door and all entrance doors. The work is fantastic and the people are friendly and very service oriented. Gihan was a great sales rep and great to work with! My latest job was to replace my last exterior door. The work was done very well, very high quality install and I am extremely happy with the result. Using Clara has always given me the piece of mind that the job will be done right and done to my expectations. In all cases they have exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this company for any work with exterior windows and doors.
