    Would never recommend Clera Windows

    Once Clera has your money, their on time service is gone. Due to a faulty grid in the window pane a new one was ordered. The replacement was not made to specifications therefore had to be remade. After 4 months of my numerous calls, e mails not returned, the replacement window was installed. Again...the grids are not centered but I give up. The installers were very friendly and polite, however left behind the old frame of one of the windows and a bag of garbage that we had to be take to the city dump due to the contents. Cigarette butts were left in the driveway, also for us to clean up. We had to wash down all the new window frames due to black handprints left by the installers on all white frames. The bedspread in our spare room was left with foam insulation on it that cannot be removed. I have had windows replaced in two prior homes and the installers took the time to clean the glass after installation. I thought that was a nice touch, but apparently Clera doesn’t provide that extra little touch of customer care. So once they left I had to go around the house and also clean all the glass. Any one thing on its own (other than the replacement window) isn’t a big deal, but when you add all these things together, my Clera experience will be my last one.

Our management spoke to you and you confirmed that you are overall happy but didn't like the fact that grill is slightly offset. They have offered to replace glass but you refused to take the new glass. We will spend more time training our installation crew to take care of their garbage even if it freezing cold as it was during your installation.     Window replacement

    Thoroughly satisfied, great job from from consultation to clean up. Barry does good work and I'd recommend to anyone.

    Replaced 22 units

    We were satisfied with the product quality and the professionalism of both sales and installation staff who took the time to answer any questions we had before making our purchase as well as during and after installation. They left our home and property in a clean and tidy state. I would not hesitate to recommend Clera Windows and Doors if you are looking for high quality units at a comparative industry cost.

    DOORS,WINDOWS

    THE WINDOWS WHERE INSTALLED AND IT WAS PROFFESSIONAL DONE. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER, AND WHERE CONSIDERATE FOR US MOVING IN AND OUT. THE INSTALLERS WHERE VERY FRIENDLY. IT MADE A CHANGE IN MY HOME. THANKS AGAIN. LORETTA

    replacement of windows and doors

    This was a big project. We needed 10 windows, a huge patio door, a garden door, a double front door, as well as a bow window replaced. Terry came to see us, and was very professional, and knowledgeable. He stuck with the facts, didn't try to upsell, and had great ideas for our project. The installers were efficient, quick and very entertaining! They made the project enjoyable. They were in and out in two days. All in all, we are very impressed with our new windows! The house is looking fantastic. Many thanks to Terry and his crew! I would recommend Clera to anyone

    Windows and Doors on a small budget!

    I saw that Clera had completed a job on my street, so I gave them a call to quote me for new windows and doors. I got the absolute best sales visit ever, from Les. Les has lived my town for ages, and even knew a relative of mine, who passed away when I was a small child. He told me some fantastic ice fishing stories about him during my quote! I felt like Les really took care of me, and wasn't out to gouge me for all I had. The installation process was quick and easy, even in the middle of winter. I personally was working on the days it was installed, but my husband said the father and son team who installed them were fantastic and very professional. Les called me not long after to make sure I was happy with the job. I am a 30 something woman who knows nothing about doors and windows, and I have to say it has made a huge difference in how I feel about my home, and how it looks. I definitely recommend this company for anyone contemplating the job.

    Great customer service and windows from Clera

    Great windows at a great price in the Oakville/Burlington area. After several competitive quotes, I chose to have Greg Gainham and his team at Clera look after the replacement of our windows. Customer service was great from the start. Convenient and informative meetings, and when it came to measuring and installation, Trevor and his crew were fantastic. They left the house clean each day and the job ran swiftly and the product looks great!

    New windows

    The windows are beautiful and energy efficient,a wonderful upgrade over the builder originals. Paul and Trayvon , our installers were professional, hardworking, precise and incredibly considerate. They worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves which was much appreciated. I would recommend this company to family and friends without hesitation.

    We love our new windows!!!

    We couldn't be happier about our new windows and our interactions with everyone at Clera. Adam came out and gave us a quote and we found the quote to be very reasonable and Adam to be very honest, personable and a pleasure to deal with. Paul and Treyton came to our home to install our new windows. They did a great job and were very professional, respectful of our home and obviously take pride in their work. They cleaned up at the end of each day before leaving and even made sure the garage was perfectly clean. Our windows look great and no more drafts. We would highly recommend Clera to anyone looking to replace their windows. Very positive experience. Mary and Andrew
