I just recently had all my windows replaced in my raised bungalow home. I am very pleased that I decided to go with Clera windows. From the start, with Cindy in the office and meeting and dealing with my salesperson John, it has been a rewarding experience. The installation to follow was top notch. John and his crew are true professionals. Second to none. I very much enjoy the look that my new windows give to my home and I am sure they will give me years of improved energy saving and quiet to the outdoors. We have had all the windows and our sliding door replaced by this company. They are amazing to deal with. They arrive when scheduled, if not early, and work efficiently. They clean up perfectly and are very pleasant. Hans, the owner,checks everything and is exceptionally helpful! I would highly recommend this product and company. I couldn't be happier!

After getting several quotes from various companies, we decided to go with Clera based on price and the reviews here on Homestars for the Simcoe/Muskoka area. Ryan Stringer from the Innisfil office came to our house for our consultation and was down to earth and professional. Chris came a week later to do the final measurements and 1-man army Steve came 3 months later and did a fantastic job on the install. They're a little bit behind due to the wet weather this year, but we were in no hurry. Worth the wait.

In mid-June, Clera replaced three windows in my home. However, while changing a window pane, it broke. The problem with this situation is that I am still waiting for this pane to be replaced despite my having made numerous calls...sigh.

We did our half our windows with Clera 5 years ago and we're still happy with them. The windows are good quality and they did a very nice job with the installation. Prices are reasonable, but not the cheapest. We are getting the rest of our windows done now and we've had a good experience so far. We'd be happy to hire them again.

First of all my apologies for late feedback. Very satisfied with Clara company Roddy Williamson was our sale manager he was very polite and professional explaining the process. Quality of widows and workmanship of installer Yuri was great. Very Happy. I would recommend this company for sure.

4 years after the install, I needed some touch up paint for some windows that were chipping etc. John van den Broek supplied me with a bottle of matching paint at no charge. And delivered to my house. Great Service. Thank you Terry Phillips

All the installation was just completed 2 days ago. Overall it was good experience! After doing tons of researches, we decided to choose Clera, and we are happy with our choice. Area Manager, Vito, is patient, professional and very helpful. His valuable suggestions were highly appreciated. It took more than 3 months (a bit longer than my expectation) from order to completing the installation. We paid the deposit end of April, we got the notice that the windows are ready in mid-July, but the installers are too busy to come until August 1st. During the installation, one big curved window was found made wrong. Then it took several weeks to remake it. The installation was finally completed on Sep 5th. Installation was great. Drew and his team showed on time everyday as they said, they are polite and professional, really good to have Drew's team doing all the installation. However, dust and noise cannot be avoided. They did clean up everyday before they left, but if you have pretty high standard of cleanness as mine, you might have to do clean up again. The windows look so beautiful. The crank and slide all operate smoothly. The workmanship of Drew and his team is great. Thank you Vito and Drew for your great work!
