    Good product but...

    I have used Clera Windows and Doors for both window and door replacements and find their products to be of good quality. The but (and yes there is always a but) is I find the finishing work to be lacking. During the window replacement we were told they would cover everything in drop cloths. This was obviously not done as the desk in our office, the was and dryer in the basement and the back stairs each had an inch of dirty on them. I have found nails all over the back yard and driveway and there is wood from the old windows strewn all over the back patio. They said they would put runners down everywhere they walked, well the boot prints on the workout mats say otherwise. All in all I recommend using this company just keep in mind they are not the neatest people.

    Excellent Job on Window Replacements

    We decided to change all our top floor windows, as they were over 20 years old. We had Mike as our Sales Representative and Sasha as our Installer. They were both excellent. Mike was very attentive and responsive, and did a great job explaining all the options in a friendly and cooperative fashion, and listening to our needs, which included wanting a different colour window than most people. Sasha showed a true craftsman's spirit in his installation, taking great care to do a beautiful job. I was very impressed, and felt like he was installing our windows the way he would do it in his own home. The windows themselves are beautiful, work well, and have functionality that we didn't see in some alternative window manufacturers. We would definitely recommend Clera to other people.

    Service on window crank

    I ordered over 10 years ago 2 single windows, 3 triple windows, 1 small glazed window and 1 door from FM now Clera Windows and Doors. I want to commend Project Manager John Gainham for his personal service that went above and beyond expectations. I had to share that even after all this time, I had an issue with a crank, and John himself came and fixed in for me in 5 yes FIVE minutes. Polite, cheerful and so willing to help. As a senior I so appreciate this kind of service. Please buy from John and use this company! John has helped me before when I had a couple of similar problems with the same "happy to help" attitude and service. Can't say enough, it is always the details that make the difference!

    New Front Door with Frame.

    I got Clera Windows and Doors to install a new front door for the house as the old door was coming out the hinges and which came with the house when we bought it from the builder. Mike Cappella was our Service Rep and guided us thru all the options Clera had. He had a lot of patience for answering all the questions we had as we were first time home buyers and had never taken a project as big as replacing a front door before. Once the decision was made Clera had the install as promised in record time and the crew lead by Drew were just super. Very Professional, courteous and just brilliant at what they do. Loved dealing with them every bit.

    Front Door Repair

    Thank you so much to John for coming out fixing our door. You did a fantastic job fixing our door. It works like new again. I feel safe and secure now that the door jamb is fixed.

    window replacement brick to brick

    i was very satisfied with the care and workmanship that John and his wife the installation crew provided. They showed great care as if working on their own home.Afterwards they did a great cleanup job both inside my home and outside.John answered all my questions and was a pleasure to have as my installer.

    Window Replacement

    Had Clera install new windows in the front of our home in 2015. We were happy with the product so we are having them back to do the rest. Ken Chaston, as the sales rep, was very professional and gave us the best deal possible on price and installation time.

    Window Replacement

    We selected Clera windows again to replace more of our old double hung windows because we've been delighted with the ones installed last year. Scott returned to do a careful removal of the old windows and excellent installation of these new windows. Kudos again to Scott and Clera windows!

    Whole house window replacment

    Clera did a great job on showing us samples and making suggestion for a nicer finish and appearance. The installers called within the quoted time frame and did a professional job of the install and left us with no mess at all. We replaced casement with double hung and it makes the windows look larger. We are very pleased with Les and the installation crew and very happy with the windows.

    Garden doors

    In the last few years we have replaced our front door and sidelights, Back door with full length glass with blinds inside and 6' walkout slider with garden doors. Our front door is now a beautiful woodgrain fiberglass highly recommended if you want the look of wood without the maintenance. After about a year we had a problem with one of the doors and the installer return and made it right. Thanks to Dennis Kwasnicki and the installer Ranjan all very professional
