Reply created 29 Jun 2017Dear Customer, We apologize for the inconvenience and as per our records, all of the products have been installed as per your satisfaction except the Patio door which we have refunded already. We wish that our guys don't make mistakes but they do happen and we all have to wait a little bit as these are not off the shelf products and it takes time to manufacture them again.
