    Single kitchen window

    Everything overall was acceptable. I am happy with the window and it seems to be installed correctly, it looks good. Only main complaint is the installers cracked my wall while removing the old window then denied it was from them when I watched it happen. They offerred no solution and didn't seem to care at all that they damaged it. Repaired it ourselves but you can still see where the damage is and it still ticks me off a little bit.

    Clera Low E Argon

    Need to change a set of 1988 windows in an apartment complex in Long Sault, Ontario,, I called Andre Tessier who was both helpful and professional,, after a few weeks his installer Chris showed, punctual as promised and made the installation. The job was perfect !! professional and neat. The windows are awesome, they are slides with front tilt for easy cleaning the outside from inside. No need for ladders or jet spray window cleaners. I highly recommend Clera Windows and highly recommend Andre and Chris. If you need windows, call these guys today, you wont regret it ! Terry

    Front door system install

    The installers were very professional. They were able to first remove our old double doors and install the new system quicky and neatly. Nothing was overlooked from the trim to the neat job on tbe caulking. Dennis the sales rep was both informative about the products available and colour choices. My wife and I are very happy with our purchase and would recommend Clera to anyone looking for a great door at a fair price.

    New Windows throughout home

    John and Greg, our sales representative we're very professional and thorough in the explanation of their product and the price was competitive. Installation was timely and done as advised in 3 days. The installers were punctual, very polite and tidied up each day. I would highly recommend this company. Cathie

    New Windows x8

    I have an older house that required new windows ground and upper floor. Enjoyed meeting Gary Gainham, the Sales Rep. in Windsor. The Installers, Rob and Scott, did a great job, working around thunderstorms to ensure everything was done to my total satisfaction. Windows look great and very happy overall.

    New front door

    The process was extremely simple and the work was well done. Terry was quick to provide information as well as the time to consider our options and once decided all we had to do was wait! The installers were here a short period of time - they were entertaining, professional and we really appreciated the great job they did cleaning up after themselves. For a busy family the service was so very much appreciated and in the end the door is absolutely beautiful! We will and have recommended Clera to friends.

    door installation

    Installed new door and wooden frame. Frame is dirty and they did not paint it. I had to demand they put the California ahutters back on trundle windows over door...slats no longer open. They had to come back days later to fix latch on lock they installed

    Replacement windows and doors

    We recently had several doors and windows replaced by Clera during our home renovation in the Burlington area. We met with John & Greg Gainham who were very friendly and informative. They had answers to all of our questions and responded to us in a timely manner (something we learned is not true of many contractors...). Trevor and his crew did a fantastic job with the install and their workmanship really shines. John, Greg and Trevor reposnded quickly to address any concerns we had. We LOVE how our windows and doors turned out. The quality is above and beyond and really added to our project. We have already recommended John and Clera Windows and wouldn't hesitate to do so again!

    Install Kitchen WIndows

    Exceptional customer service and consultation from John van Den Broek and i have nothing but praise for John Osoria's crew. They did a first rate install ! From start to finish they were professional and tidy - a real perfectionist job. We're going back to get the rest of our doors and windows next year and i would thoroughly recommend Clera.

    Custom windows

    These guys were awesome! They were very punctual, polite and courtious with all appointments. All work was completed professionally and cleanup was as if they were never there. Incredible friendly crew of workers! Highly recommended for Sure!
