    new doors

    We are repeat customers. Clera installed new windows and doors in our home in Mississauga which we have now sold. Excellent job! Professional, accurate, tidy, etc. We have since moved to the country, a little cottage style home that we wanted to spruce up. We were so impressed with Clera the 1st time that we decided to give them our business again. The doors that we ordered were professionally installed ... a seamless job. The installers took their time to ensure that the installation was top notch. As an aside, the representatives that we dealt with both in Mississauga and in the Guelph area were both dynamic and pleasant individuals. I would highly recommend Clera!!! Thank-you to both Adam (Mississauga) and Terry (Guelph/Hamilton).

    Window replacement

    I have had all the windows on my 100 year old farm house replaced with Clera Windows. The house is warmer and quieter since the windows were replaced. And that is without commenting on the fact that all the windows open and close smoothly. Our installer Barry Jacklin did a wonderful job installing the windows and finishing the sills. He cleaned up everything so we could not tell that anyone had been in the house. I am very leased with the product and the installation.

    Windows and Door Replacement

    From initial contact to post installation, Omar and the team at Clera were very professional, helpful and communicative. They were always quick to respond and we're very happy with our new door and windows. We highly recommend Omar and Clera and will use them again in the future. Thanks Omar and team!

    Installation of Windows

    We recently had our windows in our entire house replaced by Clera Windows. Gene Morlando, Manager, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and checked-in to ensure we were pleased with the work. The installers, Ramesh and another gentleman were punctual, professional, and precise with all their work and cleaned up. We were completely satisfied with the workmanship, price and the entire Clera team, and would highly recommend them!

    Replaced and installed all window

    Excellent service by Eugene and his team. From quote to install to minor repair one year later they have been superb. Romesh installed all windows and did it with ease and accuracy. Eugene connected with me several times and even gave me his cell number to call anytime and I did! He always responded very good pleasntly and professionally. Highly recommended for price, service and satisfaction.

    Windows and patio door

    Meeting with Terry for the quote was right to the point and efficient. While he is knowledgeable about his product, we really weren't looking for a pushy sales presentation and appreciated him getting down to business (especially since we had multiple quotes that week!). Ultimately we decided to go with Clera for 1. Price vs. Value/quality and 2. Recommendation from a friend and great reviews. Our installation was completed last week and those guys are hardworking and made sure everything was done properly. They showed me a few issues they had to fix from how the old windows/were incorrectly installed and took the time to make it right. They worked from 10am to 5pm with only a short lunch break. They were also very courteous, respectful of our home and cleaned up well. Thanks and looking forward to not experiencing drafty Windows and patio door this winter!

    Very Happy

    We contracted with Clera to have all our windows and front & patio doors replaced. It was an expensive investment but we are very happy with the final result. Our salesperson Vito was very professional and patiently explained the options and technical details to us so we could make an informed decision. His commitment to the timeline was met and, in fact, made adjustments to accommodate our schedule. The installation crew was amazing - they showed pride in their workmanship and professionally addressed any concerns we had. Special shout out to Drew who clearly is a master of his trade with exceptional customer service skills. A definite gold standard in the industry. Thank you Clera for a job well done!

    Front doors

    Amazing job sales were great. Instal team were fantastic with no mess left. Totally professional. I will be using Clera in the future. Really can't say enough good about the whole process. Totally recommend Clera!!!

    New windows and doors.

    From the first time James came to estimate the work until the work was complete he and the team were professional and caring. Paul and the fitters were knowledgable, hardworking, thorough and did a good clean up job. They came in on the weekend to get the job finished for us, which was beyond the call of duty. We had a small issue with a tiny leak on one of the bedroom windows James kept in touch and came out and fixed the problem. We have had many compliments on the finished work. Cleara windows have added value to our home.

    Patio door installation

    Amazing service! Very happy! Clera goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. This is the second time I have used this company for doors and windows and I would definitely use Clera again. Ask for Guillermo...he offers amazing customer service and excellent attention to detail. You will not be disappointed :)
