    all new windows throughout the house and patio door

    WE ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE ,THE TIME SCHEDULE ,THE WINDOWS AND PATIO DOOR DELIVERED WITHOUT ANY DAMAGE AND THE INSTALLATION DONE PROFESSIONALLY ,THE STAFF WAS COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL.

    front door, all windows, then patio doors

    About 6 yrs ago we had all our original (early 70's home) windows and front doors replaced. The company, and salesman were great! Everything went soooo smoothly, that come this year we decided to replace the sliding patio doors. Once again everything went very smoothly. John, the salesman and John the installer were very professional and polite. We are pleased with the results and would recommend Clera to all family and friends! John and Sue Gilliland OSHAWA ON

    window replacement

    This is the third year we hire Clera Windows to replace some of the builder grade windows in our 12 year old home.They've done a great job every year! We plan on hiring them every year until all of the windows in our home are replaced. This time they replaced 7 windows. Their sales rep Terry was very helpful, accommodating and pleasure to deal with. Their professional installers do a great job, they're serious about their work. They're respectful and clean up afterwards. We're very happy with the windows they've replaced. Clera has a quality product at a competitive price. We highly recommend them!

    New bow window

    I don't usually write reviews unless it's bad service but I couldn't help but what more people to have this experience. The rep from Clera came down and gave me a great price on my bow window. Todd was great to deal with and made it easy. Vlad and his install team were awesome, I was worried about nails and metal on the grass because I have a dog they assured me there would be nothing left over to hurt my pup. Overall great experience with them , my windows were recently replaced before I bought the house, except the front window. I will for sure keep them in mind when it's time to replace the rest. Hope this helps when looking to see who's good and bad online.

    Windows entire house brick to brick

    Update: after speaking with management they have kindly agreed to resolve all of our concerns. I have updated the star ratings based on promises made and as long as Clera delivers on their promises I have no problem saying I am happy with Clera at this point. I will update this again once Clera completes the job. Initial consultation: Steve did a good presentation and was upfront and honest. Window installation: Alex and Alex good knowledgeable guys. Installed one of the windows with the opening facing the wrong way. There's no way this should have happened. They could have at least told me they made an error in production instead they installed the window incorrectly and thought I wouldn't notice. That is very dishonest! Trim installation: average installation. Nails left sticking out of trim. No caulking around the trim. Just a poor job in finishing!! Overall: feel the company might of lost what they stood for which apparently was great product(won't really know how good the product is until later) and service ( got a voicemail from Steve a few days ago he apparently believes his team did a "good job" without actually seeing the work and wanting me to give Clera at least 8 stars on home stars) wow how about coming to see the multitudes of errors in finishing before you ask for "8 or better stars". For this reason alone not mentioning the average workmanship I had to reduce the star rating. Would not recommend to anyone else.

    Main Door

    My main door needed replacement after many years. Dennis came to my house, was patient while I took the decision of the door style, provided suggestions in accordance to the age of the house. The time frame suggested was followed up to the "t". The installer Ranjan was courteous, organized, and clean. I can recommend the company it pleasant to conduct business with them.

    6 windows and a sliding patio door installed

    The windows and door were installed all on the same day, quickly and efficiently, and clean up was done in a timely fashion.

    New windows and door

    Mike, Omer and installation staff at Clera Windows provided topnotch, professional service and installation of our new windows and basement door. Mike gave us several options and recommendations for the size of our windows/door, age/style of our home that fit within our budget. The installation went very smoothly and Omer made sure that everything was cleaned up after the job was done which was most appreciated. We are also very impressed with Mike's follow up to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. Highly recommend Clera. We are thrilled with the results!

    Black Windows Install

    From the initial sales meeting to the install the company was extremely friendly, efficient and quick! Questions were answered quickly and had no issues. I thought this would be an invasive demolition but the crew continually cleaned and left my home spotless! Thanks!!!
