Dennis was a polite and profession sales associate who explained the product options well. The head installer Ranjan and his crew were efficient and respectful of our home. We were very pleased with the process and the end product.

The gentlemen that came to install the windows were efficient, quick & made sure to explain all they did.

Hi Home Stars, it has been a while since I did a review so it is time to do another one. The last time you made me prove I did business with the company. Remember Mr. Roof Repair? I did and I can prove it again. The people on Home Stars need to understand. You are rating companies 9 and 10. That implies perfection. Nobody is perfect and it is no incentive for companies to do better. I am going to call this my Initial Quality review. You can call me Mr. J D Power. At the end of the day the only time you are going to find out if a company is any good is if you have a warranty issue. I hope I never have any. Where do I begin? Mr Bob Tessier. Salesperson Clera Windows Eastern Onario. Mr Tessier is a very nice man. He was easy to deal with and seemed trustworthy, He gained my confidence and that is not an easy thing to do. I felt comfortable enough to sign the contract without the need to get 3 estimates. Mr Tessier gets a 10 star. Mr Flaro, The installer I never did get his first name by the time he had finished the job I was ready to call him Sir. The man is amazing. Very talented. Very hard working he never stopped for 2 days until he got the job done. I think he did an excellent job. I think he did better than that. I give Mr Flaro 20 stars. 15 for being an excellent installer and 5 bonus Stars for all the tips he gave me around the home and for helping me install a ceiling fan. The windows, I am not a window expert but I saw quality when I saw the sample and now I see quality in my walls. I will give them 9 Stars. Clera Clera you need to understand Eastern Ontario is just as import as the GTA from where I relocated. When a salesperson is told that an 8 to 10 week time frame will not fit the customers needs. The salesperson then gets the contract based on a rush job at 4 to 5 weeks. It is not the salesperson fault or the installer fault if it takes Clera 7 weeks to ship them. That is one star gone. The windows should come out of the factory clean. My windows were a little dirty and had traces of glue on them. I am a bachelor, I do not do windows but I am going to have to do these. That is another star gone. One of my screens was damaged. Mr Flaro was nice enough to take it home and fix it. Clera needs to reimburse Mr. Flaro for that and it is another star gone. Clera 7 stars is a very good rating. I am very happy with my purchase and the look of my new windows. I would have to point out to you Auto Workers ( I used to be one) in you area are building cars at 5% labor. Everybody said we were overpaid. You charge 40 % labour? You are lucky you did not lose all your stars for that because nobody ever got run over by a window. I think I want to join your workers Union. 6 windows 4 identical (3 bedrooms and a dining room double hangers) 1 kitchen double slider and a bathroom window. $4100 all in taxes included. I hope Mr Tessier did not over charge me. He would loose a star for that. :) I am not a very good photographer but I tried to give you some before and afters. Thank you Clera windows Eastern Ontario. Job well done. I am not Brampton anymore I am Cornwall.

Highly recommend this company . Very happy with product and service . From sales to installation, In the Windsor region was having a difficult time getting what I was looking for with Clera found it. Thank you Clera.

They were polite and the job was done quickly. There was no mess left behind. Juri went above and beyond with having to deal with a bees nest above my door.

First, Clera windows and doors products are great! However, their service and ability to get back to anyone is non-existent. After several calls and emails spanning weeks (and sometimes months), they may eventually respond to you. Unfortunately, if you are looking for any level of service, this is not a recommended choice.

A friend recommended Clera so I tried them. I was in need of a large front window. I am so happy with the window & the service that Les, my awesome salesperson, came back today because I need a new front door. I can hardly wait to see the results!

Setting up visit, showing the models, estimate, payment, measurement, and installation was a breeze. No hassle friendly service. We love our new windows. I admire the installers, who installed in one day, on the hottest day of the year facing the sun all day here in Essex Ontario.

We recently replaced all the windows and doors of our home. We are really pleased with our overall experience with CLERA. John, the sales rep, was really kind, thorough in his explanations and willing to help us at all times. The installation process went smoothly, even though it was a big job. Trevor and Geoffrey, the installers, did a great job. They were very careful and paid attention to detail. We love our new windows and doors! They look great!

This is our third installation by Jerry and Mark at Clera Windows and doors out of Brockville. As expected they were absolutely terrific. At our house to work by 7:30 a.m. and finished by 11:00 (although they had said it would take until noon)! Professional, polite, good humoured and worked in 33 degree heat that morning. Windows and door is gorgeous, best quality and price in eastern Ontario. (We checked out several companies). And as usual, John Haskett was the best customer service person/manager I have ever met. This team is precise, they measure twice and cut once, and the products beautiful. Next year, new patio doors from Clera. We would not go anywhere else now.
