    New Front Door

    I had a very old front door replaced and the new door is perfect. I originally wanted a different type of door but Dennis suggested something that looks amazing. The crew that installed the door were in and out in no time. They cleaned everything up and made sure I was able to set up the new lock password. They were all very friendly and I have already referred the company to other people.

    Replacement of large front window

    We had Clera install a front window to replace our original one from the 70s. We added the option to open the 2 side windows for some airflow in the room. We are very pleased with the whole process. It's been a few weeks but quality and installation were good. Price was similar to others but competitive, service was great and friendly. We were recommended by a friend to Clera and we would definitely recommend based on our experience and get them to quote the other windows in our home as we replace them.

    servicing our Clera windows and door

    Since being installed several years ago now, we needed our front bow windows and storm door serviced, including replacing the door latch and making some adjustments to a couple of the window panes that open. John, the FM/Clera area manager for this area, came over and made sure that everything was restored to perfect working order, with great attention to our needs and at no cost to us. It's good to know that John is only a phone call away to help us keep our windows and doors working as they should.

    new review: Clera came to fix problems

    I am amending a review that I put on Homestar, Raj Kain, VP Sales and Marketing has come out to inspect and arrange to fix any and all complaints that I had with the installation of the 27 windows that we had done. He will be arranging to have the 5 window installations that we were unhappy with fixed. I will update again once the work is done. Well on my way to be happy with the customer service of Clera Windows.

    Front bow windows

    I have been waiting nine years to replace my windows. My old one were 40 square wood frame windows and we're having a lot of condensation on them. It was so bad the wood was starting to have mold on the base. You can amagine how happy I was to finally see out my windows and was able to open them at both ends.

    window replacement and patio door

    job satisfactory. early concerns have been looked after. spirit of customer service is good, but communication needs work. I have more work planned and would give clear an opportunity to quote again based on the follow up customer service.

    Kitchen Reno & Front Door

    As part of our Kitchen Reno we decided to replace the kitchen window & sliding door as well as our front entry door. After interviewing several potential window installers we chose Clera based on price and presentation. We were definitely not disappointed

    All windows and 2 storm doors

    The installers Chris and Shawn were amazing they went above and beyond we ended up with carpenter ants in one of our basement windows and they were great about helping to get rid of them and also when they left everything was cleaned up any mess that was in the house and outside on the lawn. Thanks Clera windows for having such good employees. P.S. The windows look GREAT

    New Door

    We used Denis at Clera in 2014 for 5 new windows for our house and we were so very happy with the work they did. Denis was super helpful and did not try to upsell you. His installer was quick, friendly and did amazing work. So of course we went back on a brand new front door with two sidelights. We love the door, great quality and once again, Denis and his installer was great. I have two more windows we may replace next year, and we would defnitely be back.

    New kitchen windows, front door and sliding door

    I am very happy with the work that Clera Windows did at my home. It was a great experience from beginning to end. Steve was a pleasure to deal with and the installation crew did an amazing job putting in the new product. My new windows and doors look fantastic!
