We used homestars to find a window manufacturer/installer. After an unpleasant experience with another window replacement company, we discovered Clera and were asked to contact Ron who handled our area. Ron was great. He was professional, friendly, available and would follow up. When meeting with him, Ron touted the company, the product and the installer. It was at this point, I felt we had a good thing. It was not a guy simply selling a product but an experience and we were quite satisfied with the process in getting our new windows installed. Our window purchase and install was probably a small job compared to other home owner window replacements, but we were under a time constraint and the windows were installed with a minimal but workable delay. Our installer Diego was fantastic. He was in quickly to do the measurements and upon installation, in and out in a couple hours and on a Saturday. From start to finish we had a very pleasant experience with Clera. We are also happy to have supported a Canadian window manufacturer. We will approach Clera again in our new home and we highly recommend Ron, Diego and Clera for a great experience. Thanks guys!

We contracted Clera windows and doors on June the3oth--- to replace our front entry door. Adam Kwasnicki was our salesman and he was quite helpful in explaining about fibreglass doors and the need for a three point locking system for stability. On September 20th , Kevin Hansen and Miguel arrived to install the door and we cant be happier with the results. Both gentlemen were courteous, professional and efficient---- and cleaned up well, after the installation. Our dark walnut, wood grained fibreglass with 3/4 gorgeous Kingston insert has added a beautiful look to our front and we have already had several compliments on it. Now with the forecast of a long, potentially nasty winter, we hopefully can rely on a draft free, warm and comfortable season!! There was a misunderstanding re time for installation. But installer did call. Installers pleasant. Screens were not snapped in properly. Time will tell durability of product. Cash Kelly was our salesperson. Cash was very professional and informative re the windows we needed. Thanks Cash.

Jay, the installer.. is a very knowledgeable and excellent installer. Both he and his assistant worked well as a team and kept me informed during the whole installation. They also cleaned up after themselves and ensured I was pleased.

Read a ton of positive reviews for Clera on Homestars here, but still wasn't convinced. After sitting for a number of other quotes from various popular companies, we chose Clera to replace three windows and a patio door, and we couldn't be happier with the result! The salesman Adam was a solid and friendly professional who kept our needs and price point in mind at every stage, and Kevin and Miguel performed the installation quickly and cleanly. I really feel like the whole team took very good care of my wife and I. Believe it or not, this company really is as good as the other reviewers suggest. Do your homework, obviously, but include a quote from Clera and I doubt you'll be disappointed. Thank you Adam, Kevin, Miguel, and the Clera team!

Hi,We live in Leamington ON.and we just had our new Clera windows installed.First of all we called Gary Gainham and he came to our house did all the measuring for us ,gave us a good price so we had the m installed by is guys who was just great at their job.They did a great job on the installation and cleaned all the windows when done and their mess was all picked up.This company seems to be the only ones who put on new trim outside around the windows.That made it look amazing when finished.I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Work done with minimum of fuss. Cleaned after the job. Sealed all sides and replaced rotten wood frame.

Work was completed and we were very happy with the job. The crew worked very hard and cleaned up the job site. Problem we have now is getting a small issue resolved . The crew when they did the front door buried the door bell wires. The sales man did come back and was able to find the wires and now I am waiting for the caulking to be repaired. The caulking was replaced and the new door bell button looks great beside the great door.

5 years ago we had our front door installed by clera windows and doors.the installer Ranjan did such a great job that I requested him for the install of my living room window this year.the job started and finished within the time limit Iwas given.there was no mess left for me to clean up.thank you Ranjan for a job well done.
