    New Exterior Doors

    Had to replace the original doors on my house. Terry and Clera did an absolutely phenomenal job. The work, from quoting to installation was fantastic and professional. I was really impressed with the finishing around the doors. Absolutely fantastic work. Terry was a tremendous help and was always available to answer any questions, and to ensure I was 100% satisfied with the work. If you need to have your doors or windows changed.... I recommend Terry and Clera!

    Front door

    Our salesman Steve, was very informative and always called me back with updates. The installers were on time and cleaned up like they weren't even there. Very professional and will be calling them back for Windows.

    Window/Door replacement

    Our windows were replaced by professional staff that were courteous and efficient! We're very pleased with the outcome!

    All windows, sills and doors were replaced.

    Everything from sales to install were professional and done on time. Cleaned up every day as they were here for a week. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

    Window replacement

    The installers were tidy and courteous. We are thrilled with the results and will use Clera again in the future.

    windows and doors

    We found this company, the salesman Dennis, and installer Ranjan and crew to be very helpful, friendly and professional. They have done 3 installations and we will call them for the next phase. They did a very good job and the followup cleared up any issues. We were very pleased and would recommend them to others looking for windows and doors.

    June 2016 - New Large Front Window & Back Patio Sliding Door

    Chris, the Ottawa Area manager, was very knowledgeable about the products and was able to bring in a model to visually explain the differences between other products. He informed us of details that another estimator failed to point out such as having to repaint/touch up around the trim, replacing the flashings, and considerations to different lock types. He took the time to go over different options and the associated prices/offers. We highly appreciated his personal approach. My windows were ordered in June 2016 and were installed August 9th, 2016. The installers are obviously subcontractors and not employees directly of Clera. They showed up on time, they were professional and did a great job cleaning up. Having had them for a full year now I can say I'm very happy with my windows. No more condensation in the winter! I love my sliding door it's slides so smooth. I would recommend Clera Windows.

    Windows and doors

    Windows

    The windows look great, nice and heavy dutie. The windows really look like, they will keep the cold out and the warm in for the winter. A good group of guys who seemed to work well together. It's just like any home Reno it will be an inconvenience for a couple of days, but well worth it.
