New window is good, and the finishing work is OK. The room is warmer. One screen did not fit properly. The installer said that this would be corrected. No contact from Clera after several weeks. I called my customer service rep, and left messages for a manager, and sent an eMail to Clera service. It took 2 months and 4 contact efforts on my part to get a response. The screen has been fixed. Although the end result is good, it is difficult to recommend a company that does not respond in a timely way to customer concerns.

Cleaned up very well The men were very well mannered. A pleasure to know them and did a good job.

We replaced all the windows and doors in the house. The project took 3 days. Tyler and Gary replaced the windows on 2nd floor on the first day, the windows on the 1st floor on the 2nd day and finished with the doors and patio doors on the last day. Their finished work was excellent and we are very happy with the installation. We are recommending Hans and Clear Windows too everyone who asks.

I've use Clera twice now, the first time in 2011 and again in 2016. The windows from 2011 have held up very well. No concerns or issues with the windows or the installation. The 2016 windows were ready 10 days ahead of schedule and the installation team was clean, polite and did a great job.

After moving from Amherstburg to Windsor in December when the weather was still in the 60s I didn't realized how terrible my windows in my basement really were. They were drafty and had no caulking left and all the frames were cracking and very old, so they needed to come out. Gary from Clera windows in Essex county came out to the house and gave me an quote. He was very helpful and thorough. He told me that the windows that I would be getting would and value to my old home and would save me money in the long run. So after a few months and colder weather I am great full for choosing Gary at Clera windows and his people to install a great quality window in my home and will probably be calling them for the final 2 windows in my cold storage. I would recommend Clera windows to anyone .

We had the Barrie Regional Manager "Les" come to our home in Alcona to quote the replacement of our large front window and the two smaller windows beside it last fall after we had bought our home. Our main windows seal had failed and you could tell by the cool breeze that the original windows hadn't been sealed properly. Right from the time Les arrived I could tell that I was dealing with a trustworthy person and a great company. I also took comfort in the fact that he also lived locally to us. He was very knowledgeable about the product and he had indicated that he has been in this line of business for a long time (and you could tell). I didn't even hesitate to award the job to him that night and I wasn't disappointed throughout the entire process. The installation was flawless and the installers were top notch (they even took the time to clean the windows after the installation). I'm so impressed with them that I will be awarding them the task of replacing all of the remaining older windows in our home this year. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Les and his crew for any Windows that you may be thinking of replacing.

We did all our windows and doors brick to brick installation (21 windows) using Clera and we couldn't be happier. Wish we had done it 10 years ago. It used to be freezing upstairs in the winter. You could actually see our curtains blowing when the old windows were shut! Now our rooms upstairs are warm and cozy and even have to throw the blankets off at times lol. And we can't hear all the street noises now. We replaced all our sliders with casement windows with all of them cranking open in different directions so we would always have a breeze no matter which direction the wind blows. These casement windows have the pivot point strategically placed so that you can clean both sides of the window from inside. Clera makes a really cool window with a retracting screen that stays up inside the frame unless you pull it down when you need to use it. Its ideal for the front window. They did a great job on the window casings inside the house. They come primed but do need to be painted. The new front door has changed the look of our house inside and out. Very elegant. Our sales representative, Alan, is super knowledgeable about their products and the quality and warranty are fantastic. Alan will bring you a cut section of the window so you can see the quality and thickness of the vinly as well as the technical stuff. 10 out of 10 for sales, product and installation. Looking forward to saving on our utilities for years to come.

We had Steve Drukarsh - who is the branch manager for Clera windows in our area come by, he showed us the product and gave us a great quote. We really liked Steve, his price was very competitive and the reviews were great online. We had them ordered late January and they were installed in March of this year. The two installers - Alex and Thomas were great, they worked very well together and did a very professional job, both inside and out. It was alot of windows and they had a hard time getting some of the old windows out, and they did an amazing job despite that. They put in the window trim as well and it looked amazing. I would recommend this company for sure. Great quality!

The crew showed up around 9:30 am and they were complete somewhere around 3:00 pm. The guys did an excellent job installing 9 new windows. Plus, they were quite friendly, didn't mind me looking over their shoulder once in a while, and they gave us a run through of the window operation and maintenance. And they were excellent at cleaning the site, even though there was still snow on the ground. Wife is very happy with the new windows, and so am I. The only time I seem to notice that the windows are new is looking outside and everything is so much clearer. Hopefully there will be payback in the future with some energy savings.
