Widows and doors
The most recent install was my third time using Bob and his team. I can go on about the outstanding quality of the windows and the detailed instruction I received on how the product works and manufacturing process involved, but in order to showcase the quality of the product relies on how it is installed and serviced. Once Bob completed the required home visit (measuring, re-measuring, crunching numbers) the project was handed to Chris who was responsible for installing the new windows. This I think is where the rubber hits the road, if this portion of the package is not done to the standard of the windows then not only will the product fail but the blow back will reflect poorly on the team. I had the opportunity to hang around and watch Chris do his magic and was blown away at his skills, attention to detail and overall pride in what he does. It was a breath of fresh air..

Replaced Windows in my home
We had gotten 4 quotes to replace all our windows. David stood out from all the other companies. He took the time to explain everything and listen to what was important to us. He made some great suggestions that really helped. The installers were on time, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I'm really happy with Clera and would recommend to everyone.

Replaced Casement Window part.
My wife called Clera this morning. Mr. Bill Sanderson who sold us the casement windows in 2002 (Yes, Two Thousand and TWO) showed up this afternoon and replaced the small plastic part and left an extra, just in case. No Charge.

Picture Window
Clera installed a picture window in our dining room last October. The installer did a good job installing the window, however, the glass was defective. The company agreed to replace the glass, which was under warranty.

windows
New windows look beautiful and add a fresh look and improvement to our older home. Regional manager Les was a pleasure to deal with. My daughter recently had windows replaced ( same number of windows and about the same size) with a different company and we paid about $1000.00 less than her. I would definitely recommend this company Kate N

Very good also workers perform their task with care and good skills and knowledge applicable to the job.

Have had 5 casement windows, 2 bay windows, and 2 exterior doors replaced by Clera
Agent took great care in measuring and generating an estimate and assisted us in the selection of appropriate windows and doors. Installation crew was very efficient and completed the job with a minimum of disruption to our daily routines. All old material was removed from our property. Local agent assisted in the coordination of masonry work required prior to installation of the bay windows. First windows and door were replaced two years ago and we continue to be happy with the results.

New windows on main floor as well as new sliding door.
After renovating our main floor, we decided to shop for new windows as well as a new sliding glass door. We sourced 3 companies and all were comparable. The one major thing that attributed to our decision to go with Clera Windows was the sales representative, ADAM. He's the most personable, down-to-earth, no pressure, knowledgeable, accommodating professional that we have met on this 'window journey'. Clera Windows, you are very fortunate to have this chap working for you. Our windows are scheduled for a 6 - 8 wk. delivery/installation. I'll follow-up w/another review when all is done. Front door replacement
Hi Chris, I must say thank you to you and your team for a very professional job an all counts. The door looks absolutely beautiful and manufactured to perfection. The installation was wonderful. Everything aligns straight, the trim (already painted) perfectly installed, the lock and hardware fit perfectly. Your installers are wonderful. I thank you for speaking clearly with us so we could understand your product and processes and for keeping us up to date on delivery and installation dates. I would highly recommend your company to anyone, and that doesn’t happen very often these days.

Main floor windows
The installers were quick and efficient as well respectful of our home. They cleaned up after themselves and left minimal mess. Which is to be expected. Coming from a construction background I was very pleased with the end result as I have seen some horrendous job sites. Great job Terry and your installers at Clera.
