    Dinette window and bathroom window

    Very satisfied with the windows as well as the follow-up service. Terry, the Clera Rep, was more than willing to go the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction. Will definitely recommend Clera to our family and friends.

    Window change

    We change total 22 windows and they finished only 2 days. It's fast and clean work

    Windows for renovation project

    We purchased our retirement home in Kingsville last year and it needed new windows all around. We sought estimates and were quite impressed with Clera representative Gary Gainham who was personable, focused on our requirements and very product knowledgeable. We contracted with Gary to do our front and side windows and were so impressed with the workmanship that we utilized their services for the balance of the window projects in the house. We are extremely pleased with the outcome. We would definitely recommend Gary and his line of products and his installation team. Heather and Paul Jones Kingsville, Ont.

    Service

    Thank you CleraWindows and Doors. An amazing service from the branch manager of my area, Hernando, very knowledgeable of the product. I end up buying two windows and he repaired my other two.

    10 windows and front door.

    We used Clera to replace 10 very large windows including all the wooden window sills and the front entrance door in our 1950's house. We are very happy with the service we received from Mike who helped us through many of the decisions and offered us sound advice when we could not decide what to do. It was a pleasure to have a salesman who dedicated over 4 - 5 hours (I'm sure it was more) of his time to sit and explain all the details with no pressure to hurry the sale along. Mike was there every step of the way and in constraint contact by email letting us know how the order was progressing, he was even onsite when the install started. The installers "Omar" and "Alex" are both great guys to work with, they answered all our questions and included us in all the small details when it came time to trim out the windows and door. Both men are efficient and tidy workers and I can't believe how hard they can work. A great installation Team!!!

    Amazing service and Cost efficient

    Fantastic service was provided by Clera, from initial sales through to installation. Great job by les. and the on-site team, they were efficient, tidy, professional, personable and their workmanship/skill on all the windows was excellent. Our entire family has used les to do our windows and doors and are so please with the service and encourage anyone looking to have windows and doors to contact them Thanks. Collingwood Ontario

    RAO, Front Door

    Our installer, Alex, was confronted with some unexpected issues and did a fantastic job dealing with them. We are so happy with the final product and the look of the front entrance. We are now having them install a screen door to complement the look. Would highly recommend them!

    3rd floor casement window installation

    Clera had previously installed two casement windows in our kitchen and bathroom. Good price, quality and great install. This time (April 25, 2016) the install was problematic. The installer had made the measurements so tight that there was no room for adjustment within the window framing in our 100 year old house. He had to hammer the window into place. The window was more than 3/4" off plumb over a 3 foot height which is very noticeable from the ground level. I have no issue with the sales or price but the installer did not check for plumb and level until it was too late. I checked regularly from the outside but it was not until the windows had been put back into the frames that the problem was obvious. Clera has confirmed that they will resolve the issue and replace the window with one with enough clearance to be shimmed properly into being plumb and level. That is an exceptional response as I had signed off and paid and figured I would just have to live with an off plumb window.

    Windows in house

    John Haskett and his installer Jerry were absolutely superb. Fast, reliable, wonderful product. John came to the house and helped us decide best fit for replacing all windows and front door, saying that he would have his installer measure up everything soon. NEXT DAY Jerry was there to check the measurements! They delivered the windows by the promised date, checked doubled checked everything and cleaned up all debris. I would recommend to everyone that before deciding on window purchases they call John Haskett at Clera, it's worth the phone call believe me!

    Love our Windows

    We replaced our front windows upstairs and down last summer. Best thing we have done for our home. It has had a complete facelift! Each time we drive away or return home we always comment on how pleased we are with our choice of company and their product!
