We had a few of the top door & window companies give us quotes for our first home and Roddy was by far the one we felt most comfortable working with and his quote was lower than others for the same exact door! We actually had to postpone the install date by months but he assured us it was OK and that it'd be ready when we would be. The door looks fantastic and I know Roddy will be the only one we reach out to when we finally decide to upgrade our windows.

They were extremely professional and friendly with a great price. Installers were quick, efficient, and cleaned up after. I highly recommend this company!

We purchased a house that was built in the mid 80's in which windows and doors were still original and in need of an upgrade. The house construction was unique, having 12 inch walls, and other qualities associated with a passive solar design. After some research we settled on Clera windows mainly because of their amazing reputation. We were not disappointed. From the initial contact by Terry the sales rep, to the final trim screw, the process was fast, professional and clean. A great experience - will definitely recommend the product.

We had three large windows and our front door replaced and are so happy with the result. Roddy was an excellent help in recommending something that would look great and function the way we wanted (air flow, etc). The new windows and front door let in so much more light, making our narrow semi much brighter. Miguel, the installer, was really great too. He and his colleague were super fast and did a fantastic job. I was home with a three week old baby at the time and they were really respectful of that fact, keeping noise to a minimum and warning me about fumes. So, although the price was a bit more expensive than some other companies, the quality and service is totally worth it. I would definitely use Clera again.

Gary came to my home and accessed my basement windows and gave me a quote that was reasonable. When the contractors came and put in the new windows they were very efficient and clean. They did a wonderful job. Thank you

When we decided to replace all our windows 3 years ago we had to a comprehensive search so we decided to do a preliminary search of 5 different companies that we thought were worthy of the job of this size. All 5 were invited to present their offerings of their window technology along with its associated costs and whether they had a showroom where we can touch & feel the final product. Without a doubt Dennis was a true professional in presenting all the possible permutations of window options & it came down to the showroom which as it turns out was a tour of their manufacturing facilities in Concord... they were extremely gracious to let me observe first hand the magnificence of their facilities, how everything was put together stage by stage and to meet the founding owner of the business. Was truly overwhelmed & impressed .... got all my questioned answered satisfactorily !! Took 5 days to put together the brick to brick job and got the exact color for the windows .... Ranjin was a magician at building the massive new frames job together piece by piece. .. something to marvel at ... had only one followup to replace a window but that was done pronto .... these would be the experts you require if you want it done right !! It's a big investment but well worth it when it's done properly and according to ur specs !! Highly recommend them to anyone for a first class work from beginning to end !!!!

The owner and crew were very professional and friendly. The quality of the work was outstanding. We have had more work done bu them and are planning future projects. Couldn't be happier.

To Clera and sales rep: Gareth Jones We had all the windows replaced on our house back 2014-2015-Present. Project still not completed. Condensation present over the two winters on our windows. Sign of a poor window, no argon gas, bad seals or poor install, draft can be felt. Photo available. Humidify was measured by us and Clera rep it was bellow 40% . Photo available. After about 12 months and multiple calls Clera did come and replace some of the glass with new once since the originally installed glass panels itself had defective seals (determined by Clera’s own personnel). Photo available. They also send a tech from home office that determined that windows were installed incorrectly and glass is actually sitting in the “cold zone” hence the ice inside the house. Photo available. Over the last 2 years multiple attempts to have the windows moved back were the original windows were, failed with multiple excuses. There is enough water inside and it is freezing inside the house on the glass and is causing damage to the structure of the house. Photo available. Over 2 years now and multiple phone calls no solutions the problem. We were given multiple reasons and excuses by the sales rep and a big run around. We are keeping accurate history off all the calls and conversations with clera and all the visits. Disappointed. We will give Clera one more month to complete the project they started and send a crew to resolve all our issues. We are sorry we have to do this online. But all our calls to the home office and rep are not being heard. Once resolved we will remove this review. Thank you. Now please see our outstanding issues: - complete installation of the sliding door and all missing parts(sliding door locks, foot lock inside the door) door was originally defective and parts were missing internally so they had to send another company in to remove the door take it apart and install missing parts. Company was “Royal”? (Clera does not make sliding doors). -Custom made California shutters to be removed by company installed and windows removed, pushed back to the “warm zone” and reinstalled by Clera. To prevent ice forming inside the house. Shutters to be reinstalled by the company that originally installed them. Any damage/replacement/modification to be covered by Clera. -Hardware on the window is loose. Windows might fall out once opened? To be replaced no repairs will be accepted to new windows. -Crank handles are coming off not secured the pin is falling out as you attempt to open the window and scoring the frame. To be replaced no repairs will be accepted to new windows. Note: for 2 years now we could not complete the front of the house due to the window issues. It is actually a favor from our end to Clera that we did nothing otherwise it would be another cost they would have to incur. We might/might not ask Clera to cover the cost of that as well.

My windows were installed by Romal from Clera. Project was Downtown Toronto semi - bedroom, kitchen and bathroom windows. I was extremely pleased with the overall process from pricing, to sizing, to delivery and installation by Romal. Highly recommended, will work with them in the future again for sure.
