We had 2 bay windows installed by Clera in Jul/2015. We waited posting our review to see how the windows performed during the winter months. The results have been positive. Eugene was very professional, friendly, and provided excellent customer service in providing information about Clera’s windows and encouraged us to visit their showroom which was very helpful. Clera’s quote was very competitive with other companies. In addition, Clera’s windows are manufactured locally in Concord, ON which supports local business and they use their own installers which were both positive factors in our choosing to do business with Clera. Ramesh and his co-worker installed the 2 bay windows and did a terrific job. They were neat, tidy, and very professional. Ramesh ensured to install the windows correctly and with attention to precise detail and care as if he were installing his own windows. He kept us informed on the details of the installation to ensure we were satisfied with the work. The quality of installation by Ramesh and his co-worker was excellent. So far, after 8 months, we are very pleased with the high quality of installation and the product. The new windows have reduced cold drafts and improved the comfort level inside the house compared to the old windows. Based on our experience with Eugene and Ramesh, we would recommend Clera for their product, service, and installation.

UPDATE: February 2018: Rob did come and replace the weather stripping and a new door was ordered. The replacement door was installed on May 18th. To date the new door is showing no signs of gaps.

We had approx 20 windows installed with all 12 ft patio doors. Dennis the sales specialist is really a specialist. His attention to detail and recommendations such as window style, side to open, double or single, and cost effectiveness is truly appreciated, and we are benefitting from this now. Ranjan and his install team are perfectionists and truly are gentlemen. I ctualky had 10 different crew doing different jobs, and Dennis and Ranjan accomodated on every step of the way to make sure they didnt hold anyone up and worked with them.. This meant Ranjan had to make a few trips out to my home. i am writing this review exactly 14 months after the install, we had a small issue with a screen, and Ranjan came out, and did what he had to do. The after sales service is great, Dennis returns my calls and so does Ranjan, and they truly care about things I am concerned about. They were not the cheapest option, nor were they the most expensive, they were right in line with the market. If you factor in their quality of workmanship and aftersales service, they were the best deal. Like I said, I had 10 crews in here working, Ranjan and his crew were the best ones to deal with. Thank you gents.. You make the company.

Great salesman Tom who explained everything to us and made our purchase a lot easier by helping us with our choice. He even stopped by during installation to see how it was going. The installation guys were friendly and did a great job. Showed up at the exact time they said they would. The door is beautiful, more than I expected. They did a great job! I will certainly deal with Clera in the future again and of course suggest to friends and family. Overall we are very pleased with our purchase, the company and Shelly was a delight to talk to on the phone. Thank you Clera!
