    Patio Door

    After having a few windows replaced by Clera Windows & Doors we didn't hesitate to call Hans back to have our patio door replaced. The installers did a great job both times and we would highly recommend Clera Windows & Doors.

    New Door

    My front door was recently replaced by Clera Windows and Doors. I'm very pleased with my new door. It really adds to the appearance to the front of my house. I will refer Clera Windows and Doors to my friends.

    Doors

    We were in the market for sliding doors and arranged to get them from John Gainham. The doors are in and they look great. The crew did a nice job and cleaned up their work area. We will recommend John and Clera windows and doors any time.

    Windows

    We just ordered some more windows to be replaced by Clera. We had other windows done seven years ago, and we are very happy with them. We're looking forward to having the whole house completed.

    new windows and door

    since 1999 I have replaced all the windows in 3 separate homes with Clera Windows & Doors. It's nice to know that when I call for sales or service that they are still around and that I am dealing with the same people that I initially dealt with back in 1999. They have just recently installed my front door and the experience was as professional as always.

    Window Installation

    Excellent response. Bill is a great guy who actually knows what he is doing. He had the window here expedited as we had an upcoming open house. Mike did a very fast and professional installation. On a rainy day at that. Very impressed and very pleased. Would easily recommend them. Will always buy Clera from here on in.

    Front Balcony Door, Living Room windows, Basement Windows

    We are repeat customers of Clera. They have always done amazing work for us and this time was like every other. We needed to get the front balcony door replaced to a swing out, and got the front balcony windows done and two basement windows done at the same time. This was a lot of work to do! Vic came over to the house and helped us to figure out what features we needed for our windows. There was no trying to upsell us, he listened to what we said we wanted and helped to guide us to the right solution. Vick was wonderful to work with and answered all of the questions we had. On installation day Ramesh and Crank came over and worked tirelessly from the start of the day until end, getting everything done in an efficient manner. They replaced the non-existent insulation, made beautiful frames for the windows and cleaned up afterwards.

    Windows and Door Replacement

    We chose this company again, because we were very satisfied with their work several years ago, when we replaced about a dozen windows and doors. They never fail to exceed our expectations. John Osorio and Johnny is a very reliable team. Their work is clean and precise. John suggests ideas to make things look better and always brings great results. John Broek, area manager, is an excellent communicator. If my friends were looking for a window and door company, I'd definitely recommend Clera Windows and Doors.

    New Glass Patio Door Richmond Hill

    Frank A my sales representative, was very knowledgeable about the products and provided a good overview of features and benefits. The installer, Yuri, did an excellent job with the framing, weather proofing, caulking and cleaning up afterwards, all in all he was done in 3 hrs. Overall I am very happy with my experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Frank from Clera Windows to my family and friends.

    new doors

    Alan Graveline is very professional, polite, easy to talk to and accommodating! We ordered the Verano doors with wrought iron inserts. We were told that they would be ready in 8 to 10 weeks, but it turned out to be 4 months! Alan kept us updated on progress, has an eye for detail and was apologetic when he realized the wrong glass was put in the doors. But he got it changed before delivery, which is what caused the delay. That was no problem and it ended up working out better for us. Doors and crew arrived on time on delivery day. Crew is friendly and clean.
