Bob Tessier came to our house and explained everything that we needed to know about new windows and he also gave us advice on what style of window would best suit our house. The installation by Chris was fantastic. We are so pleased. Great company!

I live in Casselman but I have a rental property in Cornwall. I pay for electricity so i was looking for maximum efficiency in my window purchase. I dealt with Bob Tessier, the area rep for Clera in Cornwall. They did a great installation and I am extremely satisfied with the job. Unfortunately, I have had to call for service on a few occasions, since my tenant is very hard on the house. But Bob was there to fix the problems at no cost. Clera windows is just a great company to do business with!

I had a very good experience with Clera Windows. I shopped around knowing that it would be pricey replacing 15 windows and with Clera Windows offer at the time no other company came close to offering me the deal they did. They did a beautiful job with the instillation and before I even had a chance to look at all of the windows they had informed me that one of the windows wasn't up to their standards (it had a scratch on it) and they had already placed an order for it to be replaced. I am completely satisfied with the job they have done and I am looking forward to the energy savings these new windows will provide in the winter.

The team at Clera windows have been easy to deal with, work is done in a timely manner and well done. When Les came to see us, he came to sell us windows not just to take an order. Professional staff...Professional workmanship!

Tom and the entire team and Clera where an absolute dream to deal with. I have have had many trades over the past few months while renovating an older farm house. Everyone was on time, professional, and came in on budget. The installation crew was very good, and everything went very well. It's only been 3 days since installation, but I'm very happy with my choice and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Clera based on my experience so far.

I'm not that big on writing reviews but after my experience with Clara windows, the least I could do is write a little something. I have had bad experiences with just about every contractor I get involved with, their either late, slow, sloppy, and the quality is just not there. Now, here's my experience with Clara. The sales rep they sent out (Victor) was a gentleman. Explained everything and how long the windows would take to arrive and when the installers would be installing them. Long story short, they came out as promised and I am so impressed with the quality of work, perfection!

We initally got 3 quotes from 3 different companies. We were pleased and felt most comfortable dealing with Dennis from Clera. Clera offered the most flexible payment plans and most options. We decided on a style which Clera had never done before and Clera advised that they can do it none the less. There were a few hiccups during the process but Clera, Dennis and I worked together to resolve with no issue. The installation of Ranjan was second to none. His team worked efficiently and did a fantastic job on installation. They were a pleasure to deal with. At the end of it all we got fantastic windows which we are happy with and will be using Clera/Dennis/Ranjan for our future renovations/upgrades. We also had one of the owners Mike of Clera attend our house due to this new style of window and to ensure we are completely satisfied. All I can say is excellent service. Thank you

I had received approximately 4 quotes and Clera was the best out of all four for the same type of product. Working with Chris Larock was very easy. He answered all questions and explained everything about the windows. The installation was completed in 2 days by a very efficient crew run by Avnney(not sure of spelling and don't recall his last name sorry). They worked very hard and did a great job and cleaned up everything after completed. My wife and I love the windows and thy look great. The job done was a brick to brick replacement. My wife and I had Clera Windows replace our front entry door and five 2nd floor windows a few weeks ago and overall we're very happy with the service, installation, and products we received. The windows and front door look and function great so far. The initial purchase: We received quotes from three window companies sourced from HomeStars and found that John, the salesperson with Clera, was the only salesperson who focused on the benefits of choosing his company and products, as opposed to the other two sales people we had in who focused more on bashing their competitors than anything else. We really liked how Clera only does the "brick to brick" replacement as we felt that this type of installation would result in the best performance of our windows. In the end, Clera wasn't the lowest quote of the three, but we felt we were getting the most value by going with Clera and John's excellent customer service helped make this purchase quite easy so we would definitely contact him again if the need arises. The installation: We had John, the installer, and his crew of two other people visit our house to complete the job. Overall, the installation was very good as we only had a couple of very minor issues which we noticed a few days later and that will be rectified shortly. The job was completed in one day and no messes were left. I think I was most impressed by John's (the installer) suggestion during the final measurement stage to change the way our front door opens into our front foyer by having the door swing open toward the outer wall as opposed to swinging into the middle of our foyer, which is how the door originally was. This was a great suggestion and we are thankful for John's advice which is a testament to his professionalism and experience. Conclusion: We would definitely recommend Clera to anyone interested in having their windows and doors replaced, and specifically to have them work with John the salesperson, John the installer, and John's team as we were overall very happy with everything. After having such a good experience installing our windows through Clera, we decided on getting a new sliding patio door. We contacted Chris Larock and he came by and gave us some great recommendations and a great price. Door took about a month to arrive, as expected, and install took less than a day. So far the door looks great, performs admirably, and most importantly doesn't leak! I would definitely recommend Clera yet again for anyone in need of new windows or doors - Chris never pressures you and will only sell you what you need. Thank you Clera again for coming through!
