Let me start by saying thank you John, you were great and knowledgeable at answering all my question. You made me feel comfortable and confident with this purchase from the start to the end. I knew once I called you back for a sample of the windows, and you showed up that day. I knew that I wasn't going to have any problem in the future with the product or customer service. Big thanks to Mario for the install, very professional, punctual. He kept the area clean, and once it was all done it looked like he wasn't even there. Thanks guys, and can't wait for the next project.

Clera Windows and Doors just finished installing a new patio door in our home. We have used Clera a number of times in the past and have always been very pleased with the quality of the product and installation. When a small problem occurred with one of the crank handles it was quickly resolved by Hans. We would certainly recommend Clera Windows and Doors.

We have used Clera windows several times. Our last occasion was for a rental property in Grimsby area. We have dealt with Gareth each time and have found his prices very competitive and the Clera product amount the best we have seen. We would definitely use them again and would refer them to any one in Niagara/Grimsby/ Hamilton area.

Our windows were in pretty bad shape, even though our house was only 14 years old. We decided we need to have some of the them replaced. Did our research and got a few quotes, but when we met with Dennis from Clera Windows...we were sold! The quality of the window and the installers workmanship and service was beyond our expectations. They were professional and the window look amazing. Would definitely recommend Clera Windows!

I met with several window companies and went with Clera because of the number of options they offered, and their competitive pricing. Ron Keay was very good to work with. He took his time to explain the various options and types of windows available. Diego, the installer did an exceptional job on the install. He was tidy, friendly, precise and on time. The windows look great. We will definitely contact Clera in the future when we replace our remaining older windows. Ray

Initially, I found the process of selecting windows for my home, much more complicated and confusing than originally anticipated. So many options, so many variables to consider. I wanted reliable, energy efficient and attractive windows in my home but I was also very concious about the cost. When I met Chris (the salesperson from Clera Windows) he simplified the process, answered my questions honestly and directly. The two men who installed the windows arrived on time, worked diligently and did a terrific job. Before they left, they made sure I was satisfied with the installation. Needless to say, I was very happy with the entire process. I have more windows that need to be replaced next summer.... I will be calling the Clera folks again!!

Just want to let everyone know that Clera has been in touch with me and will be out to fix all the complaints I have. So happy that they got in touch with me within days... I'm looking forward to the quick service I'm having... big thank you. Christine

We ordered a front door with transome and screen door. After waiting many months we finally got it installed. The two men who did the work did not bring the right material to finish the inside and left us with no finishing trim on the inside and they also scratched the new lock set that they had trouble installing. My husband paid them believing that they did not have the skills or the equipment to adequately finish the inside. I called the company about the unfinished inside of the door installation and the scratched lock set. The receptionist who answered the phone assured me that a manager would call me about the issue and no one ever called. After several calls to the office , I finally called the salesman who finally came out to see the issue. He promised us that a new lockset would be ordered and installed and that someone would come back to see if they could properly finish the inside trim for the door. After several more calls, nothing has been resolved and the lock set has not been replaced. That is what you get from Clera for your $7000.00. Spend your money elsewhere, maybe you will get better customer service. On a final note, the door does look good from the street too bad the job was left unfinished.

This Is the second set of windows we have had done by Clera. I will start by saying that Sean and Melissa at the Brantford office are awesome! From getting a quote to the time line quoted to installing to the actual windows! Now let me get to the installing of the windows. A couple of guys show up and were greeted by a nasty bunch of bees, and when I thought they would just say get rid of them and leave, they instead took a couple cans of bug spray and went to work! A couple hours later and a can and a half of bug spray and my windows were in and look and work beautiful, timmed and capped and all! :) That alone is what i call above and beyond! Would I recommend Clera? Heck ya! Already have and will again! Thanks Again for everything!!

Clera was priced very reasonable compared to the other quotes we received. Thanks Gary. They also did a beautiful job installing our new patio door (that used to be dining room window) and an entire house of windows. We are very happy with the service, the price and the products.
