In the meantime, our installer has already picked up your screens and we are remaking them. We will get them ready today and arrange the installer to go back and install ASAP. We appreciate your true feedback that you were happy with the installation but we need to train our staff to accommodate customer's request faster. Thanks - Clera Admin. Update on July 1st - Dear Bee Gee, Please confirm that your screens were made and delivered to your house on June 30th. We really appreciate if you could please update your review and let everyone know that once your complaint reach to the Clera management, your issues were resolved with in couple of days.
