Super friendly sales man Chris was polite and put our mind at ease. Replaced all the upstairs windows and are very happy with them thus far, installers are fast, friendly and clean.

I researched a number of window companies on-line before choosing Clera. I was struck by how overwhelmingly positive the on-line reviews were, both on HomeStars and on other sites. After a lot of digging, I did find a very few negative reviews, but not so severe as to dissuade me. I contacted Clera and had a sales person come to walk me through their products and provide me with a quote. While this was helpful and informative, I wanted to make sure that i was making a wise decision, so I asked to be provided with a local reference. Once I had that, I did a drive-by to look at the windows from the street and then phoned the homeowner to speak to him directly about his experience with Clera, which was very positive. Before committing, I did one last thing which was to visit the factory north of Toronto. I didn't make an appt. to see the manufacturing process, but I spent time in the showroom where the sample windows were installed and you could look at real versions rather than what can fit in a salesperson's travel case. So - all good and I ordered the windows. I didn't track delivery times, but my impression is that they arrived well within the specified period. The installation crew was very good, and everything went very well. It's only been 3 days since installation, but I'm very happy with my choice and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Clera based on my experience so far.

I received a call from Raj, senior manager from FM, he was professional and to the point. FM is replacing the door for me , which makes me happy. He said I should hear back from him in about 3 weeks to set up an install date. In the spirit of things I'm giving them an 10 based on Raj's quick actions. I will update this response once the new door is installed. Lana I replaced most of all my windows and doors through FM Windows over the last 10 years spending close to $16000, recently I uncovered a problem with one of the "steel" doors purchased, it seems to have started to rot at the bottom. I called customer service who returned my call a few days later, my call was also returned by the original sales guy Gene who said he would notify the head office who would send out an installer. Romell was sent to look at the door. He confirmed that the bottom had absorbed a significant amount of water over time and confirmed that based on the location it seemed to be a defect with the weather stripping on the door that over time caused the rot to occur. He took measurements and said someone would contact me. Dennis phones and started very quickly to talk about the warranty and how it possibly may not be covered, still he'd look into it and call me back. I also was able to find all the paper work and warranties that I had filed at time of purchase. Today Dennis calls back and says that Romell indicated that it was "due to a lack of maintenance and pooling" that caused the defect. Maintenance and pooling I said....the door is located on a step-up so water cant pool at the base..I was surprised that Romell didn't mention any of this while on site, and actually said the exact opposite. Dennis also says that "they will take care of me and that there will be some slight charges to me to replace the door" Now my radar is up because I'm getting the sense of warranty denial. I still have all the documents that state a 10 year warranty, which this qualifies for. I'm posting a zero to caution others to this "great" warranty and hoping this encourage's Dennis's superiors to realize that only a complete warranty replacement is acceptable.

I am happy with the work Clera did for the replacement of all windows and patio door in our house. The salesperson, Vito, explained everything clearly and was not pushy. There were no hidden costs in the contract. The price I paid was exactly what was written. I also appreciated that one of the owners, Mike, dropped by during the installation to check on the project. The installers, Alex and Omar, were great. The quality of their work is good and they work fast.The only problem was that there was an error with 4 of the windows in my order so they had to reorder them. Since they are the manufacturers (not a reseller or distributor), they were able to immediately send the missing items to their manufacturing plant. Unfortunately, I had to wait 2 weeks for the availability of their installers. I am still very satisfied with this project.

I needed new windows and the company I had for bought from before is no longer in business. I started looking on the internet and Clera Window and Doors popped up! Vito came to measure and gave us an estimate within a few days. He is professional, honest and I believe he has his customers best interests in mind. He explained the difference between Cleara and the replacements we had done 6 years ago. Vito mentioned they have their 'own installers', which was good to hear. Our windows are now installed in the timeframe promised and the installers, Alex and Omar were a joy to do the work. Excellent in every way and I would use them again in a heartbeat. We needed to replace our aging wood front and side doors. Ron gave us a very helpful overview of our options and made the choice very easy. We had obtained quotes from two other companies and Clera's was the most reasonable. The doors were installed on time and very professionally. The installer took his time to do a good job and even came back the next day to complete some additional exterior work. They look awesome and we are very satisfied!

We needed 6 windows and a patio door replaced. From the quote to the installation Jon and Cindy were great to work with. Very polite, friendly and HONEST. If you are looking for a educational no pressure apprach this is the place to go. We had 3 quotes in total and although Clera was not the cheapest we decided to go with them. In my opinion windows and doors are something you dont want to have to do often and the saying "you get what you pay for" applies. Even on the day of install the workers were friendly and courteous and most important efficient. After the work was done my husband and I had a question. Our call was returned the next day and Jon even came back out to see what we were questioning and provided a reassuring explanation all within 24 hours. Even if the above is not enough of a reason for you to choose Clera maybe the fact that this is a CANADIAN company with an excellent warranty program will do it :).

I needed to add curb appeal to my little bungalow - and replace the draughty front window. I got 3 quotes and settled on Clera because of how professional they were. When Frank told me that a certain window (that I had received a quote on from another company) would not work properly, I realized I was dealing with professionals. The new front door is a work of beauty and the windows are terrific. What makes Clera stand out to me is the fact that I had brick work done AFTER the door install. Clera came back to re-caulk and ensure that I was completely satisfied. Amazing.

On June 17, 2015 we had some of our windows, front door and patio door in our home replaced. I must say I was weary and nervous at first but when the crew arrived they were so pleasant that I was put at ease. Ranjan and the other crew members who did the installation was very helpful and patient with us explaining what they were doing and took the time to answer my concern, they also make sure to cover the floor and to clean up after the work was completed. We were also shown how to use and operate our new windows and doors. This was a wonderful experience one that I wouldn’t mind repeating. I must say we were really impressed with what a professional job, Ranjan and the other crew members did they really took pride in their work. Now our windows and doors look fantastic. Have just had all new windows (22) installed in my home. From my initial estimate with John to the installation process with Mario it has been a very pleasant experience. The work was completed as promised and on time. All windows look great! I would certainly recommend this company any time. Excellent value for the money!
