Upon receiving our estimate for a new front door, Terry and his team were very efficient and professional with getting our door installed and on time. Our door is excellent quality and looks great! We would not hesitate to recommend Clera Windows and Doors to our friends and family.

Feeling anxious and not impressed so far awaiting my installation.. I felt that was there lack of communication. However Adam , the manger for Mississauga called me today to reassure me that he will take full care of my order and promised me that all will go above my expectations.. I shoped around to change all my windows and install a patio door. From the minuite I talked to Chris Larock from Hamilton branch to set up an appointment I was impressed by how flexible he was to accomodate me. He gave me a good price and dealt with me very proffesionally. The crew who installed the windows were very good and did a great job and dealt with a small problem that came up right away. I am very happy with my new windows and recommand Clera highly

From start to finish, Vick, the salesperson, was a joy to work with. He wasn't pushy, he took his time with me and he clearly answered all of my questions. Once the process began he addressed any concerns I had and followed through with every request I made. He is a real gentleman and acted in a very professional manner. The installer, Rommel, was also very personable. He acted in a professional manner, was very efficient in the work, and showed a high amount of skill. He wasn't happy until I was. I love love love my window and door that I bought from Clera. The price was great. Customer service is a 10! The two men that put the windows in did a wonderful job, cleaned up after and was in and out in no time. If I need windows again, I will not even look around...Clera is the answer. 15 years ago we replaced our second floor windows and they still function perfectly and look new. I particularly like the fact that the double hung windows tilt in for easy cleaning. Last fall we replaced our large ground floor windows which made a noticeable difference in helping keep in heat during a very cold winter and reducing street noise. This spring we ordered three kitchen windows which will be replaced in June. Roger Lindner has been our window provider for all the window replacements and we are very pleased with the service which he has provided and the quality of the windows.

Having had several quotes from other companies, whom pressured us into replacing all the windows in our home, Clera was different. John Gainham was our sales rep who was very understanding of being on a budget and we figured out a plan to update the windows in our home in several stages, getting the ones that were most important to my family done first. This was very helpful in making this update to our older home a reality. The installation crew was great. Due to weather the project could not be completed in one day, but they scheduled the completion prior to leaving, and it was done on time. I will be using this company again for more windows when budget permits. Thanks.
