Fantastic product and customer service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, and have.You will not be dissapointed guarenteed. Ten out of ten is not enough in my mind.

The local company representative, Bob, was very responsive and helpful, returning to our home a number of times as we increased the number of windows to be replaced. The windows were top quality and obviously superior to other products we have evaluated. The installation by Chris, who works on his own, was nothing short of amazing. He was efficient, professional, courteous, informative, and the installation was clean and very well done. The value for the money is outstanding compared to at least one of their main competitors whose estimate was around $28,000 for the same number and quality windows. The warranty is equal or better than any we saw. The sales presentation was clear and without gimmicks or false/misleading enticements, and there was never any pressure. Bob and Chris made the experience very painless for our family (Chris even learned to let the cat out and back in). We have a superior product at a great price, and frankly, it doesn't get any better than that in todays world.

This our second purchase from Clera after a positive experience with our first purchase of a patio door. Gareth was helpful, knowledgeable, and very patient with our requests. We might add that there was a minor problem with our first purchase and he dealt with it in a timely and courteous manor. Highly recommended.

Chris Larock, franchise owner was amazing to deal with. He responded immediately to our request for a quote, answered all our questions and addressed any concerns we had. The gentleman who came to take the measurements and the team who came to do the installation of our windows were all professional, prompt and great to deal with. I would recommend Clera to anyone.

When sitting down to order windows Les was so personal and helpful. The men came within the time period promised. They work quickly and efficient. I would strongly recommend them.

I was shopping around for windows and found Clera windows and doors on Homestars. I liked the reviews so I made an appointment. I met with John Gainham and liked the way he explained my options and his approach. John promised to meet the installation date I required and a professional installation. He made both myself and my husband feel very confident in our choice to purchase your windows for our home. We felt that his honesty, personality and knowledge about the windows was a big factor in our decision.

Our century home in Stratford has had numerous windows replaced by Clera Windows. We have been very pleased with the product and results. Roger, the proprietor, had been very helpful, prompt in getting back to us and a pleasure to deal with! In fact, recently, Roger made himself available to consult on a window which his company had not installed. His time and information were greatly appreciated. Great service was provided by Steve (rep in Stouffville). His installation crew Ivan and Alex, were efficient and took care not to damage our gutters while installing the upstairs windows. Clean up was great as well. Make sure to use your own drop-sheets to cover furniture as they only provide protection for the floors. We opted for a contemporary look with custom black frames and 1/4" pewter grille inserts. The spring loaded ventilation mesh was also stretched on a sturdy aluminium frame, with convenient pull-tabs. Overall, we LOVE the end result and had a great experience working with Clera windows.

My experience with Clera was excellent. Dennis, the representative for Clera was amazing, very knowledgeable and professional. We found Clera to be the best for quality and price. The installer Ranjan and his crew too were amazing, they did a fantastic job. I would certainly recommend this company.
