Our sales rep Terry provided wonderful service before and after the installation of the door and window. He was fast and friendly. Our door and window are also beautiful and we no longer have a draft!

Replaced older patio doors with Clera Garden Doors. Some difficulties fitting in present frame work, but this was rectified by Shawn. Doors are well made and solid. Melissa from the Office was always helpful with our questions. Thank you for good service and quality product.

A single hung window that was installed in 1999 (by FM Windows) finally gave out. We called the new rep in our area and Shawn was quick to come and have a look. The clip that secures the counter balance had deteriorated. We were grateful to hear that our window warranty would be honoured by Clera. Parts were ordered and a return trip fixed the window up. You cant even see the repair. Shawn was very professional and courteous. We would highly recommend him to anyone.

I'm a young new homeowner from Hamilton, ON. I needed to replace 2 doors (full replace, including frame, jambs, etc), retrofit 5 small-moderate sized windows, and re-glass one big window. Talked with Chris and he set me up with a great deal for the project - outlined a number of cost cutting measures and suggested things I can do on my own to save money!! I've had much less cost-effective quotes from other companies! The measurer - Avni - came a few days after a free quote to verify the initial measurements, and the install team completed the job in 1 day (had to wait approx 1 month for the windows and doors to be custom-made of course). All products appear to fit well. One particular change I want to emphasize is the noise reduction these new windows have! I live right next to a Fire station, so road traffic noise and sirens are a common occurrence; after having the new doors and windows installed however, the noise has MARKEDLY decreased, I wish I had an actual decibel value to report! The install team were interactive, honest, and didn't mind answering my questions (I can be pretty nosy about home reno projects as I am trying to learn how to do them). Overall, very satisfied with Clera and would definitely recommend to friends and family! Thanks Clera, Chris, Avni, and the install team!

I had a bought a beautiful house which needed the windows replaced. I did my due diligence and got various quotes but when Bobby from Clera came and explained the types of windows they had to offer...I was convinced that he can be trusted. We signed the deal in the late fall and the windows were installed in the spring 2014. I can honestly say that I am very pleased with their windows and doors and their excellent service and workmanship. They are honest, organized people, deliver all that was promised. I had a minor problem with one of the window, Bobby took it upon himself to ensure that it was fixed to my satisfaction. It has been now a few month since the installation, I would like to recommend Clera Windows to anyone looking for some true professionals, honest and well priced window company. Fabulous work done on my entire house with new windows from Clera. Adam who came over on 2 separate occasions since I did this as a two part project knew exactly what I needed, provided me with the best options and the pricing was spot on when compared with other vendors. I used the same installer for both my installs and they were very professional, did all the work to specifications, cleaned up after and even redid my home alarm connections as well. Their product is very good and even though I had a problem with one of my windows a year later, Adam made sure that they had it replaced without any questions asked.

The installer was hard working and did the job nicely.

After meeting with Adam Kwasnicki, we were sure we'd want Clera to install our new front door. We did have to wait a bit longer than expected to have our door installed but it was worth the wait. When Rommel Leyson came to install the front door, I experienced for the first time a truly exceptional customer service. He was friendly and considerate, he worked with the least inconvenience for us, cleaning up after he was finished and took the time to explain some details. He got injured shortly after starting to work, but that did not stop him from doing an awesome job. I highly recommend Rommel Leyson to be your installer. After having to wait such a long time for our front door, he made the difference between us being relieved of having the door installed and actually being very happy and satisfied customers.
