Reply created 9 Apr 2015Dear Serge, Thank you very much for your business. We apologize for your bad experience, however, we are glad that you like our products. We are also confident that there is no issue with installation as we have not heard any complaints regarding the performance of windows and door after installation. We have reviewed your contract for 5 basement windows and those windows were sold as retrofit installation. Bob left you message after he came to know that you are finishing your basement and windows were already ordered. Obviously, Bob never charged you for jamb extension and casing and he wanted to know what would be the actual jamb depth so he can let you know about the additional charges. You never called him back and Installer showed up for retrofit installation as per the contract. You were supposed to pay additional charges for installation of custom jambs and casing and you choose to hire your own contractor to finish the job.We hope you will enjoy your windows and door for long time.
