Clera Windows was one of several company I called for window replacement quotes they had the best value for my budget and were timely and professional to size and order my windows. I was advised the windows would take 10 to 12 weeks however they arrived in six weeks. We had a patio door which was very drafty and condensation inside the panes. We talked to several door company representatives. We decided to purchase the sliding door from Gary at Clera because of the fair price for a quality door. We are very happy with the professional installation of the door. Now there are no more drafts from the door and the room is a more comfortable. We would recommend Clera to anyone wanting to purchase for a sliding door.

We were in dire need of new windows (windows were over 30 years old, some were replaced with cheap Home Depot windows that leaked), so we looked around for some companies. After bringing in a couple of companies, we noticed an ad for Clera Windows and Doors; after seeing their impeccable rating on Homestars we called them in. Chris Larock came in to speak with my wife regarding our needs and not once did he pressure her into ANYTHING. Knowing we were working within a budget, he recommended replacing only the worst windows for now until we saved up more to do the rest. We decided on the 3 upstairs windows and the bay window in the living room, and it has made so much difference in our house already. The workers installed the windows during the dead of winter and didn't even waste any time getting the old ones out and at least putting the new ones in so that our home wasn't overflowing with cold air. Installers were very professional, quick yet careful. I can honestly say the windows are absolutely gorgeous, very smooth to operate. Price was very good as well, lots of people commented to me that I was getting a fantastic deal. We have more windows in the house to do, plus a back patio door that is in major need of changing, and you can bet I'll be calling Clera in for those as well. I cannot state enough the amount of customer care Chris puts into his work. To me, that goes a long way and this is one of many reasons I will be recommending Clera for all my friends and family. I met John Gainham after reading his homestars reviews. He was informative and I liked the quality of the products he was offering. I am a tradesman and business owner and when Johns crew commenced work I knew they were professionals. The job went as promised and we are very satisfied with the results. We would recommend them anytime.

Installation was good and the final job looks great. They cleaned up when finished and were done in a timely manner. As far as the sales end of it I was not impressed with. I was told by sales that the window and door would be in by December and installed by Christmas. I had to call twice to find out where everything was and finally had things done by the end of January. A phone call or email to let me know things were not on schedule would have made a world of difference instead of me trying to track things down. Other than that, product looks great.
